مهام رئيسية:

تحقيق نمو مستدام ومربح ؛ الامتثال القانوني والحوكمة ؛ قيادة الفريق وتطويره ؛ إدارة علاقات العملاء وجذب عملاء جدد وإشراكهم.
قيادة التنفيذ والتطوير المستمر لمنتجات وثقافة وسلوكيات CBRE لتحقيق أهداف نمو طويلة الأجل للشركة
ضع الإستراتيجية والنمو والعملاء والأفراد والأهداف المالية للقسم بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة

الخبرة / التعليم المطلوب:

إدارة موثوقة لأرباح وخسائر كبيرة مع خبرة مثبتة في العمل عبر مناطق جغرافية / دول متعددة مع المعرفة والخبرة في الإشراف على تقديم خدمات إدارة المرافق (FM)
تجربة مثبتة كقائد ذو رؤية وخبرة تشغيلية في قيادة الفرق
مستوى عال من المصداقية الشخصية وإدارة علاقات العملاء والتواصل ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
سجل حافل في تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط الإستراتيجية وفي تحقيق النمو (يفضل الخبرة في خدمات إدارة المرافق)
خبرة كبيرة في إدارة حسابات العملاء عبر مناطق متعددة
القدرة على التنقل بفعالية في منظمة مصفوفة مع خبرة سابقة في العمل في بيئة دولية
مهارات تعاون استثنائية
فهم العقود والنماذج التجارية في السوق

CBRE Excellerate is a leading real estate services firm that combines global standards with specialised local knowledge to create customisable high-performance solutions for our Clients. Reporting to the COO, and located in Dubai, we are recruiting a Regional Director for our business in the MENA (Middle East, North Africa) region. The role will provide full ownership and accountability for multiple countries in the region including Egypt, UAE, Morocco, Bahrain, Oman and Algeria.

Key accountabilities:

• Deliver sustainable, profitable growth; statutory compliance and governance; team leadership and development; client relationship management and the attraction and engagement of new clients.
• Lead the implementation and continued development of CBRE Excellerate’s products, culture and behaviours to deliver long term growth targets of the Company
• Set the strategy, growth, customer, people and financial targets for the Division in line with Company targets
• Explores and implements CBRE Excellerate’s drive into new markets throughout the region continually focussing on developing the business through building strategic customer relationships and ensuring that resources are ready and able to manage growth
• Undertakes divisional business reviews that ensures all business metrics are considered and challenged to drive ever higher standards
• Intervenes to protect our people and the business, and drives continuous safety culture improvement
• Ensures mandatory processes are in place and compliant, including but not limited to; line management auditing, QHSE objective setting and tracking, Dynamic RA, H&S scenario training and statutory investigations
• Sets an example of exceptional standards in all QHSE activities, language and communications
• Creates a culture of exceptional quality and innovation
• Ensures the performance management framework and tools are fully understood and utilised
• Ensures the success of the divisional team through the availability of skills and appropriate motivation owning the succession plan and talent management 6 box grid
• Leads a culture of collaboration and teamwork ensuring that employees are recognised and rewarded as appropriate
• Represents CBRE Excellerate in a professional and credible manner to clients and stakeholders
• Develops high-level customer relationships with both existing and potential customers through fully understanding and anticipating their and industry sector needs
• Works collaboratively with other business leaders across all service lines, ensuring our offer is differentiated from our competitors and simple to engage for our clients
• Ensure customers perceive exceptional value from CBRE Excellerate through Quarterly Business Reviews / strategic meetings, strategic workshops, relationship workshops, professional reporting standards and exceptional quality charters
• Influences key KPI and financial performance metrics and manages achievement through divisional leadership
• Drives the business review process to deliver ever higher levels of performance
• Acts as the executive sponsor and sign-off for all mobilisation and transition activity to ensure that the company ways of working and customer expectations are met

Experience / Education required:

• Credible management of a large P&L with proven experience of working across multiple geographies/countries with knowledge and experience of overseeing service delivery of Facilities management (FM) services
• Proven experience as a visionary leader & operational experience in leading teams
• High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management, networking and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans & in delivering growth (experience in FM services preferred)
• Significant experience managing customer accounts across multiple regions
• Ability to effectively navigate in a matrix organization with previous experience working in an international environment
• Exceptional collaboration skills
• Understanding of contracts and commercial models in the market
• Strong communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
