تعلن شركة International Flavors & Fragrances عن توفر وظيفة منسق المشروع Project Coordinator للعمل في دبي


المسمى الوظيفي:

تنسيق ومتابعة ومساعدة المراكز الإبداعية لمشاريع العطور على التنسيق مع إدارة الحساب بشأن حالة المشروع والقبول والرفض والتخطيط ،
إدارة فريق المشروع والتفاعل مع فريق المبيعات والمشروع في مراحل مهمة من المشروع ، وبدء التعديلات أو التغييرات ،
للتأكد من صحة البيانات والتحديثات الخاصة بالمشاريع في الأنظمة الداخلية والتي يجب القيام بها بالطريقة الصحيحة ،
تزويد الإدارة بتقارير محدثة عن المشاريع والمبيعات ،
المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع ،
التجسير بين المبيعات والإنشاء والمختبرات ،
متابعة وتنظيم تسليم العينات ،
تحضير العروض والتوثيق ،
البحث التسويقي عن فئات العناية الشخصية وغسيل الملابس والرعاية المنزلية وإعداد عروض تسويقية استباقية ،
دعم فريق التسويق في المراكز الإبداعية.


متطلبات العمل:

دوافع ذاتية ومنظمة بشكل جيد ،
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق ،
يفضل خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في مجال العطور في المبيعات أو خدمة المبيعات أو التقييم أو الخبرة التسويقية في الصناعات الأخرى (يفضل السلع الاستهلاكية والنكهات والمواد الكيميائية / المكونات) ،
إتقان اللغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية ،
القدرة على التعامل مع المفاهيم / العمليات المالية الأساسية (التسعير / الهامش / التنبؤ) والعمل مع أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ،
شغف بالعطور مع اهتمامات قوية في تطوير المنتجات والمستهلكين وفهم السوق (التسويق / البحث والتطوير / CI) ،
المعرفة الأساسية بالعطور والمهارات العطرية ،
مهارات التفاوض الأساسية ،
يبرع في Word و Excel و Powerpoint
لعب دورًا نشطًا في اجتماعات المشروع اليومية.

Job Description

• Project coordination, follow up , assisting creative centers for fragrance projects liaise with account management on project status, acceptance , refusal and planning,
• Managing the project team and interface with sales and project team at significant stages of the project , initiate adjustments or changes,
• To be ensure correct datas and updates on projects in internal systems which should be done in proper way,
• Pr***de management with up to date reports on projects and sales,
• Participating in project meetings,
• Bridging between sales , creation and labs,
• Following and organizing sample deliveries,
• Preperation of offers and documentation,
• Marketing search for personal care, laundry and home care categories and prepare proactive marketing presentations,
• Supporting marketing team in creative centers.
  

Job Requirements

• Self motivated and well organized,
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing,
• At least 1-3 years work experience preferably in Fragrance business in sales, sales service, evaluation or marketing experience in other industries (preferably FMCG, flavors, chemical/ingredients),
• Fluency in French and English,
• Ability to deal with basic financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting) and work with IT systems,
• Passion in fragrance with strong interests in product development, consumers and market understanding (Marketing/R&D/CI),
• Basic fragrance knowledge and olfactive skills,
• Basic negotiation skills,
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
• Play an active role in daily project meetings.
