المسمى الوظيفي:


بصفتك مدير المشتريات ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن توفير المعدات والخدمات وإدارة البائعين. سيتمكن المرشح الناجح من أداء أنشطة المشتريات الاستراتيجية عبر فئات متعددة من الإنفاق ، والبحث عن صفقات أفضل والعثور على موردين أكثر ربحية.


المسؤوليات:

تطوير وقيادة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الشراء

تتبع المقاييس الوظيفية الرئيسية والإبلاغ عنها لتقليل النفقات وتحسين الفعالية

صياغة استراتيجيات التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات بالشروط المثلى

الشراكة مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان وثائق متطلبات واضحة

توقع السعر واتجاهات السوق لتحديد تغيرات التوازن في قوة المشتري والمورد

إجراء تحليل التكلفة والسيناريو والقياس

تقييم وإدارة وتخفيف المخاطر

ابحث عن البائعين والموردين الموثوق بهم وشركائهم

تحديد كمية وتوقيت التسليم

مراقبة وتوقع مستويات الطلب القادم

المتطلبات:

يجيد التواصل والقراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية

خبرة عملية مثبتة كمدير مشتريات أو وكيل أو مسؤول

الإلمام بالمصادر وإدارة البائعين

الاهتمام بديناميكيات السوق إلى جانب الحس التجاري

موهبة في التفاوض والتواصل

خبرة العمل في برامج إدارة البائعين

القدرة على جمع وتحليل البيانات والعمل مع الأرقام

حكم قوي مع مهارات اتخاذ القرار

قدرات قيادية قوية

شهادة في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة الأعمال

نقاط المكافأة إذا كان لديك خبرة في صناعة الشحن والنقل وقادر على التواصل بطلاقة باللغة الأردية و / أو العربية.

Job Description:

As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.


Responsibilities

Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
**** and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand


Requirements

Fluent communication, reading and writing in English
Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
A knack for negotiation and networking
Working experience of vendor management software
Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
Solid judgement along with decision making skills
Strong leadership capabilities
Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Bonus points if you have experience in the freight and transport industry and able to communicate fluently in Urdu and/or Arabic.
