تعلن شركة Etisalat Technology Services عن توفر وظيفة مدير شبكه Network Administrator للعمل في ابوظبي


نحن في اتصالات لخدمات التكنولوجيا لدينا منصب شاغر لمدير شبكة في أبو ظبي.


مسؤول الشبكة مسؤول عن إدارة وإدارة التقنيات من F5 و Paloalto و Infoblox و Symantec proxy و Fire Eye و certes و Arbor


الشروط:


• 5 سنوات خبرة عملية في إدارة وإدارة الحلول الأمنية في مؤسسة كبيرة.


المطلوب:


• درجة البكالوريوس في أمن المعلومات أو المسائل المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات أو خبرة معادلة

• الفهم العميق للعلاقات التقنية في بيئة معقدة

• شهادة في F5 Net***** و Paloalto Net***** و Infoblox و Symantec Proxy و FireEye و Certes و Arbor

• استخدام أدوات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها مثل Wireshark و Fiddler و http watch و SSL Dump

• مهارات اتصال ممتازة وخالية من اللهجة باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة)

• التوثيق السليم والمنظم والمخططات

• مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة في دعم المشاريع

• فهم مفاهيم أمن المعلومات والتكنولوجيا ذات الصلة

• نهج العمل المرن ، بناءً على متطلبات الوظيفة

• القدرة على تحديد مجالات عمل جديدة ووضع أهداف جديدة لأنفسهم

• مهارات اتصال وتدريب ممتازة

• التعامل المتميز مع العملاء ، ودية وموجهة نحو الهدف

• القدرة على الاتصال / الترجمة إلى مستوى العملاء

المسئوليات:


• إدارة وإدارة البنية التحتية لأمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• تحليل الحوادث والتحقيق فيها وحلها للأجهزة المدارة

• التذاكر والمتابعة مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة للقرار

• تكوين النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة

• التوافر ومراقبة الأداء

• تقارير الخدمة اليومية / الأسبوعية / الشهرية حسب الاقتضاء

• تنسيق البائعين وحل المشكلات

• مراقبة استخدام الترخيص وإعداد التقارير

• تحديث التصحيح / البرنامج

We at Etisalat Technology Services have an open position for a Network Administrator in Abu Dhhabi.




Position


The Network Administrator is responsible for administering and managing technologies from F5, Paloalto, Infoblox, Symantec proxy, Fire Eye, certes and Arbor


Experience


• 5+ yrs working experience in managing and administering security solution in large enterprise.


Skills


• Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment
• Certification on F5 Net*****, Paloalto Net*****, Infoblox, Symantec Proxy, FireEye, Certes and Arbor
• Use of troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, http watch, SSL Dump
• Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)
• Proper and structured documentation and diagramming
• Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support
• Understanding of information security concepts and related technology
• Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements
• Being able to identify new work areas and to set new goals for themselves


Soft skills


• Excellent communication and training skills
• Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal-oriented
• Ability to communicate / translate to Customer-level
• Being able to understand complex business processes and activities
• Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements


Responsibility


• Administration and management of IT Security Infrastructure
• Incident analysis, investigation and resolution for managed devices
• Ticketing and follow up with different stake holders for the resolution
• Configuration backup and restoration
• Availability and performance monitoring
• Daily /weekly/monthly service reporting as applicable
• Vendor coordination and problem resolving
• License usage monitoring and reporting
• Patch / software upgrade


Representation


Interaction with end users, other security administrators and managers
