المسؤوليات:

يقوم بإعداد إدخالات الأصول والخصوم وحساب رأس المال عن طريق تجميع معلومات الحساب وتحليلها.
يوثق المعاملات المالية عن طريق إدخال معلومات الحساب.
يوصي بالإجراءات المالية من خلال تحليل خيارات المحاسبة.
يلخص الوضع المالي الحالي من خلال جمع المعلومات ؛ إعداد الميزانية وبيان الأرباح والخسائر والتقارير الأخرى.
يدعم المعاملات المالية عن طريق مراجعة المستندات.
يحافظ على الضوابط المحاسبية من خلال إعداد والتوصية بالسياسات والإجراءات.
يوجه المحاسبة الموظفين الكتابيين من خلال تنسيق الأنشطة والإجابة على الأسئلة.
يوفق بين التناقضات المالية من خلال جمع وتحليل معلومات الحساب.
يؤمن المعلومات المالية من خلال استكمال النسخ الاحتياطي لقاعدة البيانات.
يحافظ على الأمن المالي باتباع الضوابط الداخلية.
يستعد المدفوعات عن طريق التحقق من الوثائق وطلب المدفوعات.
يجيب على أسئلة الإجراءات المحاسبية من خلال البحث وتفسير السياسة المحاسبية واللوائح.
يتوافق مع المتطلبات القانونية المالية الفيدرالية والولائية والمحلية من خلال دراسة التشريعات الحالية والجديدة ، وفرض الالتزام بالمتطلبات ، وتقديم المشورة للإدارة بشأن الإجراءات المطلوبة.
إعداد تقارير مالية خاصة من خلال جمع وتحليل وتلخيص معلومات واتجاهات الحساب.
يحافظ على ثقة العملاء ويحمي العمليات من خلال الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المالية.
يحافظ على المعرفة المهنية والتقنية من خلال حضور ورش العمل التعليمية ؛ مراجعة المنشورات المهنية. إنشاء شبكات شخصية ؛ المشاركة في الجمعيات المهنية.
يحقق النتيجة بأداء الواجب.
يساهم في جهود الفريق من خلال تحقيق النتائج ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات:

· درجة متقدمة في المحاسبة (CPA أو CMA).

· يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في شركات المقاولات.

· خبرة عملية لا تقل عن خمس سنوات كمحاسب تكاليف من إدخالات الحساب حتى الانتهاء من الحساب.

· درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.

· القدرة على تفسير وتحليل البيانات المالية والدوريات.

الطلاقة في Microsoft Office (Outlook ، Excel ، Word ، PowerPoint ، إلخ).

· خلفية نظام المحاسبة (يفضل US Sage Peachtree).

· تجربة ضريبة القيمة المضافة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أمر لا بد منه.

معرفة متقدمة ببرنامج Microsoft Excel.

· إعداد كشوف المرتبات ودفع نظام حماية الأجور.

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational *****hops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal net*****; participating in professional societies.
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• To adhere to the company’s policies on health and safety.
• To be aware of the possible hazards and risks (i.e. radiation of laptops and PCs) at the workplace.

Awareness of ADMC Policy and Adherence to Process Procedures applicable to the Department.


Qualifications
· Advanced degree in accounting (CPA or CMA).
· Preferably with experience in Construction Companies.
· At least five years of work experience as a cost accountant from entries to the finalization of account.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
· Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
· Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
· Accounting system background (Preferably US Sage Peachtree).
· UAE VAT Experience is a must.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
· Payroll preparation and WPS payment.
