المسؤوليات:

مساعدة مدير المبيعات في التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء

الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات العملاء في CRM

اصدار طلب داخلي لطلب عرض أسعار ورسومات تثبيت اسكتشات وعينات ومخططات تنفيذية من المصنع

إعداد عروض الأسعار وتقديم العينات

مراجعة مسودة خطاب الاعتماد وإعداد طلب الضمانات المصرفية وكفالة الأداء مع مدير المبيعات

التنسيق مع المصنع لكافة مستندات الشحن التي يطلبها العميل

تنسيق كافة التفاصيل والمستندات المتعلقة بالتخليص الجمركي والتسليم المحلي

إصدار فاتورة SAP وتقديم الفاتورة التجارية للعميل

تجهيز / طباعة المستندات اللازمة للتثبيت

إعداد وتسليم الوثائق الرسمية

المتابعة مع المصنع والعملاء (الموافقات ، المواعيد النهائية ، الجداول الزمنية ، إلخ)

المساعدة خلال اجتماعات التنسيق مع العملاء (المقاولون ، المصممون)

التعامل مع استفسارات قطع الغيار وشكاوى العملاء

تنظيم وتنسيق التثبيت

Project Manager


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and professional with positive attitude, who is looking for new challenges and exciting work environment.


You will be responsible for the Following:

Assisting sales manager on handling customer inquiries
Maintaining customer database in CRM
Issuing internal demand for request of price quotation, sketches fixing diagram, samples and shop drawings from the factory
Preparing price quotations and samples submittal
Reviewing draft of Letter of Credit, preparing application of Bank Guarantees and Performance Bond with sales manager
Coordinating with the factory all the client required shipping documents
Coordinating all details and documents related to custom clearance and local delivery
Issuing SAP invoice and providing the commercial invoice to the customer
Preparing/printing documents needed for installation
Preparation and submittals of official documents
Follow up with factory and clients (approvals, deadlines, schedules, etc.)
Assistance during coordination meetings with the clients (contractors, designers)
Handling spare parts inquiries and customer complaints
Organization and coordination of the installation
