اعلنت شركة Al Masaood بابوظبي عن وظيفة مدير عام General Manager وذلك للعمل في ابوظبي


يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة في عمليات العنوان والتعامل مع الشركات من الخرسانة سابقة الصب وصناعة الصلب الجاهزة.


المسؤوليات الإدارية:

يجب على المدير العام وضع أهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى للعلامة التجارية والإقليم ، وتوظيف وتدريب وتحفيز فريق فعال للغاية.

تحديد أهداف الأداء في بداية العام والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف خلال العام.

تطوير الأهداف الإستراتيجية وتحقيق نتائج العلامة التجارية من خلال التخطيط الفعال وتخصيص الموارد وتخصيص العمل والمراقبة واتخاذ القرار من أجل تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

تنفيذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالشركة.

تفويض الصلاحيات حسب الضرورة للموظفين الرئيسيين من أجل الأداء الفعال للشركة.

فرض الإجراءات التأديبية على جميع الأفراد وفقًا لتفويض الصلاحيات.

فرض المتطلبات التنظيمية وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والشركة.


المسؤوليات الأساسية:

يلعب دورًا محوريًا في التوظيف والإشراف على جميع الموظفين.
يخطط ويطور أهداف وغايات المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية ويقدم الإسقاطات في الوقت المناسب إلى الإدارة العليا.
يزود الإدارة العليا بتقارير مالية وكمية منتظمة ودقيقة (مثل تقرير المبيعات وتقرير الربح الإجمالي وتقرير قيمة المخزون).
ينسق مع مجالات العمل / الإدارة لضمان الاحتفاظ بالسجلات والتحليل بشكل صحيح.
يتتبع ويستعرض توقعات الإدارات بشكل دوري ، مما يضمن الاتساق مع التوقعات السنوية.
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية والتوصية بمسارات العمل والمنهجيات والتقنيات المحسنة.
يزود الموظفين بسياسات وممارسات واضحة للعلامة التجارية ، ويضمن استيعابها ومتابعتها.
يعقد اجتماعات ودورات تدريبية منتظمة.
يبني موقف إيجابي ومعنويات الموظف.
ينسق مع قسم التسويق والأقسام الأخرى لتطوير حملات فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
يركز على تصاعد شكاوى العملاء أو طلباتهم.
يحافظ على ربحية العلامة التجارية ، مع التحكم في النفقات وضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء وولائهم.
يجتمع مع العملاء الرئيسيين ، ومساعدة مندوب المبيعات في الحفاظ على العلاقات والتفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
تطوير ومشاركة أفضل ممارسات الوكلاء بين صالات العرض / الوكلاء لتحسين الربحية.
مسؤول عن ضمان نجاح وربحية وحدة الأعمال.



المسؤوليات:

توفير القيادة والتوجيه لفريق من الناس
إدارة العمليات والمالية للأعمال
توظيف وتدريب موظفين جدد على الممارسات التجارية
دفع تنمية الموظفين
ضمان الحفاظ على جودة العمل أو الخدمة


المؤهلات:

درجة الهندسة ودرجة الإدارة المفضلة / دبلوم
أظهر القدرة على القيادة
10 سنوات كحد أدنى من إدارة العمليات في دور مماثل مع أكثر من 100 موظف على الأقل
معرفة وخبرة قوية لأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، والتنفيذ من الصناعات المماثلة

The ideal candidate must have experieince of heading and handling operations of businesses from Precast Concrete and Pre Fabricated Steel Industry.


Managerial Responsibilities

The General Manager must develop short and long term goals for the Brand and territory, hire, train and motivate a highly effective team.

Define performance goals at the start of the year and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.

Develop Strategic objectives and drive Brand results through effective planning, resource allocation, work allocation, monitoring and decision-making in order to achieve KPIs.

Implement the Health and Safety policies of the Company.

Delegate powers as deemed necessary to key personnel for the effective functioning of the Company.

Enforce disciplinary proceedings on all personnel in compliance with the delegation of powers.

Enforce regulatory requirements as per the laws of the UAE and the Company.


Core Responsibilities

Acts as a pivotal role in the hiring and supervision of all staff.
Plans and develops monthly and annual sales goals and objectives and submits timely projections to senior management.
Provides senior management with regular and accurate financial and quantitative reports (e.g. sales report, gross profit report, stock value report).
Coordinates with the business/administrative areas to ensure that records and analysis are correctly maintained.
Tracks and reviews departmental forecast periodically, ensuring consistency with annual projections.
Oversee daily operations and recommend improved courses of action, methodologies, and technics.
Provides staff with clear policies and practices for the Brand, and ensures that this is absorbed and followed.
Holds regular meetings and trainings.
Builds a positive employee attitude and morale.
Coordinates with the marketing division and other divisions to develop cost-effective campaigns.
Focuses on escalated costumer complaints or requests.
Maintains Brand profitability, while controlling the expenses and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Develops and shares dealer best practices among showrooms/dealerships to improve profitability.
Responsible to ensure the success and profitability of the of the Business unit.

Qualifications

Engineering Degree and preferred Management degree /diploma
Demonstrated ability to lead
Minimum 10 years of managing operations in similar role with atleast 100+ employees
Strong knolwedge and experieince of IT systems, implementation from similar industries
