مسؤول عن دعم عمليات إعداد التقارير والتنبؤ الشهرية. تحليل وإعداد الترحيل على أساس استحقاق دفتر الأستاذ العام وتحليل التباين ودعم جميع مسائل الامتثال والتحكم في الكيانات القانونية الأخرى

المطلوب:


بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ما يلي ؛

· الحفاظ على النماذج المالية وتحسينها

· المساعدة في تطوير تقنيات جديدة وفعالة للتخطيط والتحليل وإعداد التقارير المالية ، وبالتالي تقديم خدمة عملاء أفضل

· مساعدة رؤساء المحاسبة على أساس يومي

· المساعدة في المراجعة

· إدارة العمليات المالية والرقابة

· أنظمة جيدة ومهارات تحليلية مع القدرة على تحديد وحل المشكلات

· درجة عالية من النزاهة والالتزام بالخدمة المتميزة والقدرة على تولي المهام

· العملية والتوجيه الإجرائي ويتمتع بالعمل في بيئة شديدة التحكم

· إظهار القدرة على طرح الأسئلة على العمليات كما هي موجودة حاليًا والبحث عن طرق لتحسينها حيثما أمكن ذلك

Role Summary


Responsible for supporting the monthly reporting and forecasting processes. Analyze and prepare GL accrual posting, variance analysis and supporting all other legal entity compliance and control matters.

Key Responsibilities


Including but not limited to the following;

· General analysis of finance reports obtained from various departments
· Preparation of GL accrual postings
· Maintaining and impr***ng Financial models
· Project Costing and Analysis
· Assist with collection, collation and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
· Assisting with the development of new and effective techniques for financial planning, analysis and reporting, thereby rendering a better customer service
· Assisting accounting heads on a day to day basis
· Audit assistance
· Finance Process & Control Administration


The Candidate

· Detail-oriented and demonstrating diligence and strong attention to detail
· Good systems and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues
· Participates effectively in a team environment and confident dealing with people at all levels both internally and externally
· A high level of integrity, a commitment to service excellence and ability to take ownership of tasks
· Able to work cross functionally and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
· Process and procedurally orientated and enjoys working in a highly controlled environment
· Can demonstrate an ability to question processes as they currently exist and **** ways to improve where applicable

· Assisting with the development of new and effective techniques for financial planning, analysis and reporting, thereby rendering a better customer service
