يعمل المعلم الزراعي في الأكاديمية الزراعية ضمن فريق تعاوني برئاسة المشرف الأكاديمي. يساهم كل عضو في التطوير المستمر للعملية التعليمية ويوفر الدعم اللازم للطلاب.


مسؤوليات العمل:

إدخال المناهج وفق مبادئ التعليم والتعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين.
الحرص على توفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة للطلاب تغذي مهاراتهم وصقلها
التأكد من وصول الطلاب إلى النتائج المتوقعة وتحقيق المخرجات التعليمية المطلوبة.
خلق بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وفعالة وعملية.
إدارة جميع المرافق والأنشطة ذات الصلة لتحقيق تعلم الطلاب.
تلعب دورًا رائدًا في السلوك الإيجابي والمواقف وسلوكيات التعلم المختلفة للطلاب.
دعم عملية التعلم من خلال تحديد الاحتياجات وتوجيه الطلاب لتحقيق أهداف التعلم الخاصة بهم.
تأكد من أن التقييمات يتم تسليمها وفقًا لاستراتيجيات وإرشادات التقييم ، بطريقة صحيحة ودقيقة مع الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لإنجازات الطلاب وأدائهم.
إنشاء علاقات إيجابية وفعالة مع الزملاء.
القدرة على الإشراف على التجارب الحقلية الزراعية.



متطلبات العمل:

الشهادة العلمية المتعلقة بالتخصص الزراعي صادرة من إحدى المعاهد أو الجامعات المعترف بها.
مؤهل تعليمي جيد جدا وما فوق التصنيف.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية (شفهية وكتابية).
مهارات التواصل الجيد باللغة الإنجليزية (الشفوية والمكتوبة).
الخبرة 3 - 5 سنوات (غير مواطن).


شروط الوظيفة:

بكالوريوس في التربية ، دبلوم عالي في التربية ، ماجستير أو شهادة دراسات عليا في التربية (ثانوي).
خبرة في التدريب والتعليم المهني الزراعي.
درجة البكالوريوس / الماجستير في مجالات مختارة تتعلق بمجال الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية.


الشهادات :

شهادة "سيرت 4" في التدريب والتقييم.


معلومات مهمة:

ألا يقل تقدير المؤهل العلمي لمقدم الطلب عن جيد.
أن تكون سنة ميلاد المتقدم 1978 وما فوق.
يجب أن يكون المتقدم غير المواطن مقيمًا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقادرًا على تحويل تأشيرة إقامته.
يجب أن تكون جميع المؤهلات والدرجات الأكاديمية مصدقة من الجهات الرسمية للتحقق من صحة البيانات من المكاتب الثقافية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في بلد التخرج وتقديم نسخ منها.

About the role:
The Agricultural Teacher ***** in the Agricultural Academy in a cooperative team headed by the Academic Supervisor. Each member contributes to the continuous development of the educational process and pr***des the necessary support to the students.


Job responsibilities:

• To introduce the curriculum in accordance with the principles of teaching and learning in the twenty-first century.
• To ensure the pr***sion of an appropriate educational environment for students, which nourishes and refines their skills
• Ensuring that students reach the expected results and achieve the required educational outputs.
• Create a positive, effective, and practical learning environment.
• Manage all facilities and related activities to achieve student learning.
• Play a leading role in positive behavior, attitudes and different learning behaviors of students.
• Support the learning process by identifying needs and guiding students to achieve their learning goals.
• Ensure that ratings are delivered in accordance with evaluation strategies and guidelines, in a correct and accurate manner while maintaining accurate records of student achievement and performance.
• Establish positive and effective relationships with colleagues.
• Ability to supervise agricultural field experiments.

Job requirements:

• Scientific certificate related to agricultural specialization issued by one of the recognized institutes or universities.
• Very good and above rating educational qualification.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills (oral and written).
• Good communicate English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience 3 - 5 years (non-citizen).

Examples:

• Bachelor of Education, Higher Diploma in Education, Master or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Secondary).
• Experience in agricultural vocational training and teaching.
• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in selected fields related to the field of agriculture and livestock.

Favorite Certificates:
Certificate "Cert 4" in training and evaluation.


Important information:

• The applicant educational qualification rating should not be less than a good.
• the applicant year of birth should be 1978 and above.
• The non-citizen applicant should be a United Arab Emirates resident and able to transfer their residence visa.
• All academic qualifications and grades must be certified by the official authorities to validate the data from the United Arab Emirates cultural offices in the country of graduation and pr***de copies thereof.
