مهام الوظيفة:
مسؤول عن إدارة تشغيل المطعم بما في ذلك تطوير ونمو الأفراد والمبيعات والأرباح.
تحسين الأرباح من خلال التحكم في تكاليف الطعام والمشروبات والعمالة.
زيادة المبيعات من خلال ضمان رضا النزلاء وحل المشكلات بسرعة.
Arabic speaking Mandatory with an experience of 3 years within the seafood industry.
Role:
Responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits.
Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
