مهام الوظيفة:

· المساعدة في إعداد البيانات المالية للشركة والشركات التابعة

· مراجعة ومعالجة بيانات المحاسبة الروتينية للإيرادات والنفقات

· ضمان الدقة والاكتمال والامتثال لمتطلبات الشركة

· التحليل والتوفيق والموازنة والمحافظة على السجلات المحاسبية

· مشاكل معالجة البحث

· وحدات الاتصال للبائعين لحل المشاكل وتسريع الدفع

· مراجعة المشتريات والنثرية والمطالبات الشخصية

· معالجة الفواتير المعقدة للدفع

· الاحتفاظ بقائمة الذمم الدائنة

· الحفاظ على دفتر الأستاذ العام

· الاحتفاظ بملفات البائعين المحدثة وأرقام الملفات

· طباعة وتوزيع التقارير المالية الشهرية

المتطلبات:

· درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو المراجعة أو مجال ذي صلة

· خبرة في قطاع السياحة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات

· خبرة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي 2-5 سنوات

الإلمام بضريبة القيمة المضافة والرصيد الموحد

· إجادة برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج المحاسبة وقواعد البيانات

· مهارات إدارة الوقت الجيد



Duties will ******* the following
· Assist in preparation of financial statements for company and subsidiaries
· Review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures
· Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate requirements
· Analyses, reconcile, balance and maintain accounting records
· Research processing problems
· Contact units for vendors to resolve problems and expedite payment
· Review purchasing, petty cash and personal claims
· Process complex invoices for payment
· Maintain listing of accounts payables
· Maintain the general ledger
· Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
· Print and distribute monthly financial reports
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or relevant field
· Tourism sector experience with minimum 7 years
· UAE or GCC experience 2-5 years
· Familiarity with VAT & consolidated balance
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accounting software and databases
· Good time management skills
