نحن نبحث عن تنفيذي ذكور لوجستيات

1. مع خبرة لوجستية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
2. عين للتفاصيل
3. الموعد النهائي المنحى
4. مهارات إدارة الناس الجيدة


المهام الأساسية:
1 تعامل مع الأمور اللوجستية وتأكد من حركة البضائع بسلاسة وفي الوقت المناسب
2 الاتصال بالجمارك والبلدية والسلطات الأخرى والهيئات الحكومية من وقت لآخر
3 الاحتفاظ بسجلات لجميع حركة البضائع الداخلية والخارجية للامتثال لمتطلبات السلطات مثل الجمارك والبلدية والمنطقة الحرة ، إلخ.
4 التعامل مع عمليات المستودعات والتأكد من التسليم الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للبضائع للعملاء
5 مساعدة المحاسب في تزويد الإدارة بمعلومات دقيقة من وقت لآخر
6 - مساعدة المحاسب في الحصول على التأمين المناسب للمخزون في المستودع
7 إدارة السائقين وضمان الصيانة المناسبة للمركبات

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MALE LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

1. With Logistics Experience of at least 5 years in the UAE
2. An Eye for Details
3. Deadline oriented
4. Good People Management Skills


Key Responsibilities:
1 Handle the logistics matters and ensure smooth and timely movement of goods
2 Liaise with the Customs, Municipality and other authorities and government bodies from time to time
3 Maintain the records for all inward and outward movement of goods to comply with the requirements of authorities like Customs, Municipality, Free Zone, etc.
4 Handle the warehouse operations and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers
5 Assist the Accountant in pr***ding the Management with accurate Information from time to time
6 Assist the Accountant in getting appropriate insurance over for the stocks in warehouse
7 Manage the Drivers and ensure appropriate maintenance of vehicles
