تعلن شركة Freight Forwarder في دبي عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مبيعات وعمليات الشحن Cargo Sales & Operations Associate للعمل في دبي

مكان الوظيفة = دبي ، الإمارات العربية المتحدة

الراتب = 3500-4500 درهم إماراتي (بناءً على خبرة عمولة غير محدودة على أداء المبيعات)


المسؤوليات:

• يؤدي مبيعات البضائع وتنسيق أنشطة العمليات عبر المحطات بالتعامل مع النقل الجوي / البحري / البري أو عمليات الشحن من دبي ، الإمارات العربية المتحدة / جدة ، المملكة العربية السعودية ومواقع أخرى.


• ضمان توفير تحديثات فورية للعملاء / الزملاء / الشركاء من خلال قنوات الاتصال المناسبة.


• التعاون لتحسين خط أنابيب المبيعات ، ومساعدة مبادرات التحسين المستمر.


المهارات:


• معرفة جيدة بعمليات الشحن - الاستيراد / التصدير من خلال الجو / البحر / البر والوثائق ذات الصلة للامتثال التنظيمي والجمارك.


• من الضروري أن يكون لديك 1 - 2 سنة خبرة في الشحن الجوي (شهادة DGR صالحة ستكون مثالية).


• على دراية بعمليات الشحن - الوكيل والناقل والجمارك والوثائق والمتطلبات الأخرى داخل المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة. سيؤدي استخدام أنظمة الحجز Calogi / INTRA / و Dubai Trade إلى تعزيز ترشيحك.


• مهارات اتصال ممتازة - شفهيًا وكتابيًا (مثالي إذا كنت تستطيع التحدث باللغة العربية).


• اهتمام تحليلي ممتاز بالتفاصيل وبارع في التطبيقات الأساسية مثل MS Office.


• يجب أن يكون لديك سيارة خاصة ، رخصة قيادة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Job Location = Dubai, UAE
Salary = AED 3500 - 4500 (based on experience + unlimited commission on sales performance)


Responsibilities - What will you be asked to do?


• Lead cargo sales and coordinate operations activities across stations by handling air/ sea/ land transport or freight forwarding operations from Dubai, UAE/ Jeddah, KSA and other locations.


• Ensure prompt updates to clients/ colleagues/ partners are pr***ded through appropriate communication channels.


• Collaborate to improve sales pipeline, aid continuous improvement initiatives.



Skills
Experience - What are we looking for?


• Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations – import/ export through air/ sea/ land and related documentation for regulatory compliance and customs.


• Essential to have 1 – 2 years of air cargo experience (valid DGR certification will be ideal).


• Familiar with freight forwarding operations - agent, carrier, customs, documentation and other requirements within Saudi Arabia and UAE. Usage of Calogi/ INTRA/ booking systems and Dubai Trade will boost your candidature.


• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (ideal if you can speak Arabic).


• Analytical, excellent attention to detail and adept with basic applications such as MS Office.


• Must have own car, UAE Driving license.
