They are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Officerto join their team.
Requirements
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Full knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Get involved in the recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Develop training and on boarding plans
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
