تعلن شركة Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC عن توفر وظيفة مساعد علاقات عامة Public Relations Assistant للعمل في ابوظبي
الواجبات الرئيسية
مساعدة المدير المباشر في التعامل مع سلطات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجميع الكيانات الحكومية للمسائل المتعلقة بالشركة.
مساعدة المدير المباشر في الاتصال بالهجرة لتصحيحات التأشيرة الجديدة وتحديث النظام.
مساعدة المدير المباشر على الاتصال بالهجرة لختم تأشيرة الإقامة لجميع الحالات الجديدة والتجديد.
مساعدة المدير المباشر في التعامل مع قائمة الهجرة المتجاوزة والتقدم بطلب لقضايا الهروب وإزالة حالات الفرار إذا لزم الأمر.
متابعة تغيير العملية الجديدة من قبل الحكومة وإطلاع الإدارة على التغييرات الجديدة وفقًا لذلك.
واجبات غير منتظمة
زيارة أقسام الشرطة
زيارة سكن الشركة
زيارات ميدانية للعمليات
الخبرة العملية:
خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 في شؤون العلاقات العامة. ستكون الخبرة السابقة في الإمارات ميزة إضافية.

Scope and general purpose
All matters related to Governmental Agencies of the UAE
Liaises with
HR
Operations
All Governmental Departments on the UAE
Various Embassies
Limits of authority
In line with ADNH Compass policy.
Main duties
Assist the line manager in dealing with the UAE Authorities and all the governments entities for company related matters.
Assist the line manager to Liaise with immigration for new visa corrections and system update.
Assist the line manager to Liaise with immigration for residence visa stamping of all new and renewal cases.
Assist the line manager in handling Immigration Overstaying list and apply for the absconding cases and the removal of absconding cases if required.
Following up on new process change by the government and updating the management on the new changes accordingly.
Irregular duties
Visiting the Police Departments
Visiting the Company Accommodation
Site Visits to Operations
Professional experience
Minimum of 1-2 experience in Public Relation Matters. Prior experience in the UAE will be an added advantage.
