تعلن شركة Das Holding LLC عن توفر وظيفة مدير مركز الاتصال Contact Center Manager للعمل في ابوظبي
إنشاء مركز اتصال مركزي للمجموعة من خلال إجراء تقييمات للاحتياجات لكل susbisdiaries ومراجعات الأداء وتحليل التكلفة والمنفعة.
إدارة وتوجيه عمليات مركز اتصال مجموعة DAS والإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمركز الاتصال والتأكد من أن الوكلاء يحققون مستويات الخدمة المطلوبة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ، حسب الحاجة.
جمع وتحليل إحصاءات مركز الاتصال (أسعار المبيعات والتكاليف ومقاييس خدمة العملاء وما إلى ذلك) وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية لتقديمها إلى الإدارة.
تنظيم أنماط الورديات وعدد الموظفين المطلوبين لتلبية احتياجات التشغيل.
يواجه التحديات بشكل مباشر من خلال التطوير الفعال وفي الوقت المناسب وتحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وحلول وفرص جديدة لتحسين معايير الخدمة.
الاتصال بالفريق والأطراف الثالثة لجمع المعلومات وحل المشكلات والتعامل مع شكاوى أو استفسارات العملاء المعقدة عند الحاجة

Establish centralise call center for the Group by conducting needs assessments of each susbisdiaries, performance reviews, and costbenefit analysis.
Manage and direct the operations of DAS Group's call center and supervise the call center daily operations and and ensure the agents are achieving desired service levels and take corrective actions, as needed.
Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.) and provide weekly reports for submission to management.
Organize shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet the operation needs.
Meets challenges head-on by the efficient and timely development, identification, and implementation of new strategies, solutions and opportunities for improved service standards.
Liaise with team and third parties to gather information and resolve issues and handle complex customer complaints or enquiries when required
