سوف يزدهر المرشح الناجح في بيئة سريعة الخطى ، ويتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الإبداعي وفريق إدارة الحساب لتطوير الحملات والإشراف على تنفيذ التصميم داخل الوكالة. سيكون لديه / لديها فهم أو خبرة مع وكالة متنامية وإعداد عملية إبداعية.
مهام ومسؤوليات أساسية:
الدعم في تحديد أولويات العمل والموارد عبر جميع حسابات العملاء ومشاريعهم ، وإنشاء جداول الإنتاج من خلال التعاون مع المصممين ومؤلفي النصوص وفريق إدارة الحساب
ضمان الإلمام بصناعة العميل ومنتجاته وثقافته التجارية والمنافسة
توفير التوجيه الفني والتدريب والتوجيه للفريق الإبداعي ، مما يضمن أن ينتج كل عضو في الفريق أعلى مستويات الجودة للعمل الذي يؤدي إلى نتائج وعلاقات دائمة مع العملاء
يتعاون مع فريق إدارة الحساب لتحديد الحلول من خلال استراتيجيات إبداعية وتسويقية
يلعب دورًا نشطًا في تطوير الأعمال ومبادرات نمو Acorn Strategy

المتطلبات:
ثنائي اللغة - عربي / انجليزي
يجب أن يكون متاحًا للبدء الفوري
يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس ذات الصلة أو أعلى
معرفة وخبرة عميقة مع Adobe Suite
خبرة مثبتة في تطوير المفهوم
مهارة عالية مع قيادة فريق من المواهب الإبداعية
رؤية إبداعية قوية مع فهم أهداف التسويق
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with members of the creative team and the account management team to develop campaigns and oversee the design execution within the agency. He/she will have an understanding or experience with a growing agency and setting up creative process.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support with the prioritisation of work and resources across all client accounts and projects, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters and the account management team
Ensure familiarity with the client’s industry, products, business culture and competition
Pr***de art direction, coaching and guidance to the creative team, ensuring each team member produces the highest quality of work which leads to results and lasting client relationships
Collaborates with the account management team to identify solutions through creative and marketing strategies
Plays an active role in business development and Acorn Strategy’s growth initiatives
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables are of quality and aligned to marketing objectives
Generate fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into creative deliverables
Requirements:
Bilingual – Arabic/English
Must be available for an immediate start
Must have a relevant bachelors degree, or higher
In-depth knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite
Proven experience with concept development
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
Strong creative vision with an understanding of marketing objectives
