تعلن شركة Tabasco Manpower عن توفر وظيفة ممثل خدمة العملاء Customer Service Representative للعمل في الشارقة
نحن نوظف ممثل خدمة عملاء يتمتع بخبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الخدمات ويجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في حسابات الشركات في جميع أنحاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
المسؤوليات:
· قيادة الجيل من خلال الاتصالات الهاتفية وحملات البريد الإلكتروني وأبحاث السوق.
· إدارة الاقتباس والاستفسار
· التحليل القطاعي
· التقارير اليومية
· إدارة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي
· التعامل مع الشكوى
المتطلبات:
· مهارات اتصال قوية باللغة الإنجليزية شفهيًا وكتابيًا (معرفة اللغات الأخرى ميزة إضافية).
· القدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل
· تفاوض قوي وكفاءة مقنعة
· مستوى عالٍ من إتقان الكمبيوتر
· أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the service industry and should have experience with Corporate accounts across the UAE.
Responsibilities
· Lead generation through tele-calling, e-mailer campaigns and market research.
· Quotation and enquiry management
· Segment-wise analysis
· Daily reports
· Social media management
· Complaint handling
Requirements
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills (knowledge of other languages is an added advantage).
· Interpersonal and networking ability
· Strong negotiation and persuasive aptitude
· High level of computer proficiency
· Must hold a Bachelor's degree
