تعلن شركة Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC عن توفر وظيفة مدير متجر بيع بالتجزئة Retail Store Manager للعمل في ابوظبي
سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي القدرة على إدارة العمليات اليومية لمتجر البيع بالتجزئة وإكمال المهام المتعلقة بتتبع المخزون والتسويق وخدمة العملاء. يجب أن يكونوا مندوب مبيعات واثقًا وأن يكونوا قادرين على مشاركة أفضل ممارساتهم من أجل إعداد موظفين جدد. يجب أن يمتلك هذا المرشح أيضًا مهارات قيادية قوية وأن يكون قادرًا على تعيين واجبات للموظفين المعنيين من أجل الحفاظ على وظيفة المتجر.
المسؤوليات:
إدارة العمليات اليومية للأعمال وضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات
توجيه الموظفين في العمليات اليومية مثل خدمة العملاء وجرد المخزون والتسوية النقدية وإدارة التسويق في المتجر
يعين واجبات للموظفين المعنيين
إجراء عمليات تعيين الموظفين الجدد وتأهيلهم
ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة
تتبع وإدارة المخزون في المتجر
المؤهلات:
3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة البيع بالتجزئة والتجزئة أظهرت القدرة على تدريب الموظفين وأن تكون مندوب مبيعات فعالاً
مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والإدارة والتواصل
خبرة في البيع بالتجزئة مثل ASM و SM المطلوبة
اسلوب ايجابي
فهم قوي لإدارة تكاليف التشغيل لأدوار مدير المتجر
الحد الأدنى من دبلوم الكلية المصدق
The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
Assigns duties to relevant employees
Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Track and manage inventory at store
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
Strong customer service, management and communication skills
Experience in retail as ASM and SM required
A positive attitude
Strong understanding of managing operating costs for Store Manager roles
Minimum attested College Diploma
