المهام الوظيفية:
تقديم التوجيه والمساعدة للبائعين والمشترين في تسويق وشراء العقارات بالسعر المناسب وبأفضل الشروط
تحديد احتياجات العملاء وقدراتهم المالية لاقتراح الحلول التي تناسبهم
عمليات التفاوض الوسيطة ، واستشارة العملاء بشأن ظروف السوق والأسعار والرهون العقارية والمتطلبات القانونية والمسائل ذات الصلة ، مما يضمن التعامل العادل والصادق
قم بإجراء تحليل مقارن للسوق لتقدير قيمة العقارات
عرض وتسويق العقارات للمشترين المحتملين
إعداد الأوراق اللازمة (العقود ، الإيجارات ، السندات ، البيانات الختامية ، إلخ)
إدارة المزادات العقارية أو التبادلات
الحفاظ على وتحديث قوائم الخصائص المتاحة
التعاون مع المثمنين وشركات الضمان والمقرضين ومفتشي المنازل
تطوير الشبكات والتعاون مع المحامين ومقرضي الرهن العقاري والمقاولين
تعزيز المبيعات من خلال الإعلانات والمنازل المفتوحة وخدمات الإدراج
البقاء على دراية بأسواق العقارات وأفضل الممارسات
مؤهلات الوظيفة:
سنتان من الخبرة العقارية في دبي
رخصة قيادة إماراتية وسيارة خاصة
مهارات اتصال ممتازة
القدرة على بث الثقة من العملاء

We at Rocky welcome enthusiastic and seasoned Real Estate Sales Negotiators to be part of our organisation and build a partnership that will proliferate business.
Job Roles:
Pr***de guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Manage property auctions or exchanges
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
Develop net***** and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Job Qualifications:
2+ Years Dubai Real Estate Experience
UAE Driving License & own car
Excellent Communication Skills
The ability to inspire trust from clients
A professional attitude to all dealings with clients
