تعلن شركة TAMAS PROJECTS عن توفر وظيفة اخصائي توظيف أول Senior Recruitment Specialist للعمل ابوظبي

الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية لأخصائي التوظيف:
المصدر واختيار العيار المناسب وعدد المرشحين التي سوف تلبي متطلبات العمل.
العمل كصياد رئيسي لتوظيف الأدوار الإدارية في الشركة.
تطوير وصيانة قاعدة بيانات التوظيف التي تحتوي على معلومات حول السيرة الذاتية المحتملة والمرشحين الذين تمت مقابلتهم لضمان أن قاعدة بيانات المعلومات هذه ستفي بمتطلبات تاماس المستقبلية.
تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع مصادر التوظيف على سبيل المثال شركات البحث عن التوظيف ، وكبار الصيادين ، والكليات ، ووكالات / أحداث الشبكة وغيرها من المصادر الحكومية المتخصصة مثل مجلس التوطين من أجل البحث عن المرشحين المحتملين لوظائف تاماس الشاغرة.
تأكد من أن جميع الوظائف المحددة للتوظيف في تاماس قد تم تحليلها وتحديث الأوصاف الوظيفية.
المؤهلات العلمية والكفاءات السلوكية:
درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الموارد البشرية.
خبرة توظيف لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة البناء ، بينما 5 سنوات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
معرفة قوانين العمل وعقود العمل.
تعزيز المعرفة بعمليات المقابلة / البحث عن الكفاءات.
نظرًا لأن الوظيفة مقرها في أبو ظبي ، سيتم إعطاء الأفضلية لأولئك الذين يقيمون حاليًا في أبو ظبي أو على استعداد للانتقال إلى إمارة أبوظبي

Sr. Recruitment Specialist main duties and responsibilities:
Source and select the appropriate caliber and number of candidates which will meet the business requirements.
Act as a head hunter for the recruitment of managerial roles in the company.
Develop and maintain a recruitment database that holds information on potential CV’s and interviewed candidates ensuring that this information database will fulfill Tamas’s future requirements.
Develop and maintain quality relationships with sources of recruitment e.g. recruitment search firms, head hunters, colleges, network agencies / events and other specialized government sources e.g. Tawteeen Council in order to source potential candidates for Tamas vacancies.
Ensure that all jobs identified for recruitment in Tamas have been analysed and updated job descriptions are pr***ded.
Educational Qualification & Behavioural Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in BA / Human Resources.
Minimum 10 years recruitment experience in construction industry, whereas 5 years in UAE.
Knowledge of labour laws & employment contracts.
Enhanced knowledge of interview / hea*****ing processes.
As the position is based in Abu Dhabi, preference will be given to those who are currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi Emirate
