تعلن شركة Government Entity عن توفر وظيفة رئيس مكتب المعلومات Chief Information Officer للعمل في رأس الخيمة
نحن نبحث عن CIO (رئيس قسم المعلومات) من ذوي الخبرة للإشراف على استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات (IT) في الكيان الحكومي المعني. ستكون أنت الشخص الذي يبتكر إستراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات للشركة ويتأكد من أن جميع الأنظمة اللازمة لدعم عملياتها وأهدافها موجودة.
يجب أن يتمتع رئيس قسم المعلومات بخلفية قوية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأن يكون على اطلاع دائم بأحدث التطورات في هذا المجال. بصرف النظر عن تعليمهم وخبراتهم ، يجب أن يتمتعوا بكل صفات القائد والفطنة الإستراتيجية والتجارية القوية.
الهدف هو التأكد من أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تضيف أقصى قيمة لشركتنا وذلك لتسهيل نجاح أعمالنا.
المسؤوليات:
حدد الأهداف والاستراتيجيات لقسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات
اختيار وتنفيذ التكنولوجيا المناسبة لتبسيط جميع العمليات الداخلية والمساعدة في تحسين مزاياها الاستراتيجية
تصميم الأنظمة والأنظمة الأساسية وتخصيصها لتحسين تجربة العملاء
تخطيط تنفيذ الأنظمة الجديدة وتقديم التوجيه لمتخصصي تكنولوجيا المعلومات وغيرهم من الموظفين داخل المنظمة
الموافقة على شراء المعدات والبرامج التكنولوجية وإقامة شراكات مع مزودي تكنولوجيا المعلومات
الإشراف على البنية التحتية التكنولوجية (الشبكات وأنظمة الكمبيوتر) في المؤسسة لضمان الأداء الأمثل
توجيه وتنظيم المشاريع المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات
راقب التغييرات أو التطورات في التكنولوجيا لاكتشاف الطرق التي يمكن للشركة من خلالها اكتساب ميزة تنافسية
تحليل تكاليف وقيمة ومخاطر تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتقديم المشورة للإدارة واقتراح الإجراءات
المتطلبات:
أثبتت الخبرة كمدير للمعلومات أو دور إداري مماثل
معرفة ممتازة بأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والبنية التحتية
خلفية في تصميم / تطوير أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتخطيط لتنفيذ تكنولوجيا المعلومات
فهم قوي لتحليل البيانات والميزنة والعمليات التجارية
قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات فائقة
عقلية استراتيجية وتجارية قوية
مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة
التواصل المتميز والقدرات الشخصية
بكالوريوس / بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة ؛ سيفضل ماجستير / ماجستير
We are looking for an experienced CIO (Chief Information Officer) to oversee the use of Information technology (IT) in the concerned govt entity. You will be the one to devise the company’s IT strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place.
The CIO must have a solid IT background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field. Apart from their education and experience, they must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen.
The goal is to ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business.
Responsibilities
Set objectives and strategies for the IT department
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
Plan the implementation of new systems and pr***de guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization
Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT pr***ders
Oversee the technological infrastructure (net***** and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance
Direct and organize IT-related projects
Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
Requirements
Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A strong strategic and business mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
