صاحب الوظيفة مسؤول عن دعم تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ جودة بيانات التمويل ومشاريع الحوكمة
صاحب الوظيفة مسؤول أيضًا عن دعم تنفيذ مبادرات التغيير المحددة لتحويل العملية المالية ؛ النظام والمشهد العام لتعزيز الكفاءات وتمكين تحليلات القيمة المضافة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
إدارة التطوير والصيانة المستمرة لتعريفات البيانات والمعايير والنسب ومبادرات إدارة البيانات الأخرى كجزء من مبادرات إدارة البيانات المالية.
الانخراط داخليًا مع أصحاب المصلحة الماليين لجمع نقاط الضعف بشأن مشكلات البيانات.
تحليل البيانات وتحديد فجوات البيانات واقتراح الحلول لإصلاح مشاكل البيانات في جوهرها.
المسؤوليات الاستراتيجية:
فهم التنظيم والبيئة ؛ ثم يطور ويطبق ويحافظ على إطار حوكمة البيانات الشامل للمالية.
تواصل وتعاون مع مضيفي البيانات وأصحاب المصلحة الأوسع والأقسام والزملاء لدفع أجندة إدارة البيانات.
دعم الأعمال التجارية في تحديد فرص التحسينات المستمرة المطلوبة للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات ذات الصلة بمعالجة البيانات.
تطوير وقيادة جلسات التدريب والتوعية مع أصحاب المصلحة الماليين لتعزيز استخدام أداة جودة البيانات
دعم تصميم وتنفيذ أنشطة التثقيف والتوعية المناسبة التي تعزز أهمية وتوجيه نشاط إدارة البيانات.
الدعم في إعداد تقارير معهد MI التي تسلط الضوء على الثغرات التي تعقب أنشطة المراقبة والاختبار.
المساعدة في تطوير KRIs ولوحات القيادة.
المعرفة والمهارات والخبرة الوظيفية:
خلفية قوية في العمل مع الأنظمة المصرفية ونموذج البيانات
مهارات تحليل البيانات الجيدة ومهارات حل المشكلات

The job holder is responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of the finance data quality and governance projects
The job holder is also responsible for supporting the implementation of change initiatives identified to transform Finance process; system and overall landscape to enhance efficiencies and enable value add analytics.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of data definitions, standards, lineage and other data governance initiatives as part of the Finance data governance initiatives.
Engage internally with Finance stakeholders to gather pain points on data issues.
Analyse data, identify data gaps, and propose solutions to fix the data issues at the core.
Strategic Responsibilities
Understand the organization and environment; and then, develops, implement and maintain the overall data governance framework for Finance.
Communicate and collaborate with Data Stewards and wider stakeholder, departments and colleagues to drive the data governance agenda.
Continuous Improvement
Support the business in identifying required continuous improvements opportunities for the related systems, processes and practices of Data processing.
Develop and lead training and awareness sessions with the finance stakeholders to promote the usage of the Data Quality tool
Support the design and execution of appropriate education and awareness activities that promote the importance and direction of data governance activity.
Reporting
Support in Preparing MI reports highlighting gaps following monitoring and testing activities.
Assist in developing KRIs and Dashboards.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong background working with banking systems and data model
Good data analytics skills and problem-solving skills
Proactive and s trong sense of responsibility and accountability combined with ability to work independently with limited general supervision
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Academic/Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
PMO certification (preferred)
