تعلن شركة TASC Outsourcing عن توفر وظيفة مبيعات Sales Recruitment and Staffing Solutions للعمل في دبي
سيقود المرشح المثالي مبادرات للتعامل مع العملاء لبناء أعمال جديدة لفريق حلول المؤسسات (RPO ، MSP ، حلول التوظيف ذات الحجم الكبير). سيكون هذا المرشح مركزًا ولديه مهارات اتصال قوية. يجب أن يكونوا قادرين على التفكير بشكل نقدي عند وضع خطط تطوير الأعمال ولديهم قدرة مثبتة على تنفيذ استراتيجية معينة.
المسؤوليات:
تطوير علاقات جديدة في محاولة لتنمية الأعمال التجارية ومساعدة الشركة على التوسع
أضف شعارات عملاء جدد إلى محفظة الأعمال.
التفاوض والانتهاء من العقود التجارية مع العملاء الجدد
تنسيق إغلاق عقود العميل داخليًا وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة المحددة
الحفاظ على الأعمال الحالية
فكر بشكل نقدي عند التخطيط لضمان نجاح المشروع
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها
خبرة 5 سنوات سابقة في تطوير الأعمال المتعلقة بالصناعة
تواصل قوي ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين
معرفة مثبتة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال الناجحة
مركزة وموجهة نحو الهدف
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with clients to build new business for the Enterprise Solutions team (RPO, MSP, High Volume Staffing Solutions). This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making business devlopment plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Add new clients’ logos to the business portfolio.
Negotiate and finalize the contract commercials with the new clients
Coordinate client contract closures internally as per the defined company guidelines
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
