نحن نبحث عن محلل أعمال موهوب وذاتي القيادة وذوي خبرة. إنه دور محوري سيساهم في تطور ونجاح إحدى الأولويات الرئيسية للمنظمة من خلال التنقيب عن الرؤى ونمذجة البيانات لاتخاذ قرارات عالية التأثير. الانضمام إلى الفريق يعني الشراكة مع مجموعة ديناميكية وخلاقة تضع معيارًا عاليًا للابتكار والنجاح في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومتغيرة. الدور متعدد الوظائف في الطبيعة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري الفئات ومديري المنتجات ومهندسي البيانات والإدارة العليا لتحديد المقاييس الجديدة ومتطلبات المشروع.

تحديد مجالات فرص الأتمتة
المشاركة في مناقشات التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتكتيكي
المؤهلات الأساسية:
درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة
مهارات تحليلية وكمية قوية ؛ خبرة في استخدام البيانات والمقاييس لاختبار النظريات وتأكيد الافتراضات وقياس النجاح
الخبرة في SQL
تواصل كتابي وشفوي ممتاز
مهارات مثبتة في حل المشكلات فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات غير المنظمة وغير المؤكدة
إدارة المشروع وتنفيذه في مواعيد نهائية صارمة
شروط الوظيفة:
3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في دور محلل الأعمال / محلل البيانات / التحليل الإحصائي
خبرة في إنشاء لوحات المعلومات أو التقارير أو الأدوات

We are looking for a talented, self-driven and experienced Business Analyst. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization by insights mining and data modelling to make high impact decisions. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The role is highly cross-functional in nature. You will work closely with category managers, product managers, data engineers, and senior management to define new metrics and project requirements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to touch every aspect of our business, driving data analysis and insights to help develop our selection, marketing, and new feature launch strategies. You should be self-starter who is proficient in SQL, customer centric, and passionate about strategy and analysis.
The Business Analyst position is based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities *******
Create, build, and maintain recurring selection metrics and reports
Define, measure, and track success of feature launches and new initiatives
Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale
Identify areas of opportunity for automation
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
Basic Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
Expertise in SQL
Excellent written and oral communication
Proven problem solving skills with regard to unstructured, uncertain problems
Project management and execution under hard deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role
Experience building dashboards, reports, or tools
Experience with query optimization
Experience evaluating data integrity
