نحن نبحث عن وسطاء عقارات ذوي خبرة ولديهم خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين ، ويجب أن يتمتع المرشح بمهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين ويمتلك فطنة تجارية قوية.
المناطق: دبي هيلز ، مارينا ، سبرينغز ، بلام ، ميدوز ، جميرا بارك ، جزيرة جميرا
التخصص: بيع وتأجير
المهام الوظيفية:
العثور على عملاء جدد والقدرة على توليد العملاء المتوقعين من خلال قاعدة شبكة قوية خاصة بهم
حافظ على الاتصال المنتظم مع المطور وأصحاب العقارات والمستثمرين والمستأجرين والمالكين لإيجاد فرص جديدة وتقييم الفرص الحالية
العمل كوسيط في المفاوضات بين المشترين والبائعين حول أسعار العقارات وتفاصيل التسوية ، وأثناء إغلاق المبيعات
ترتيب العروض واللقاءات للترويج للممتلكات
المؤهلات:
مهارات اتصال وتفاوض وتسويق ممتازة
خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في العقارات في دبي
لاعب عاطفي ودقيق وفريق
الدافع الذاتي والدافع ، والهدف ، الدافع للمبيعات ، حسن المظهر والثقة
مع سائق وسيارة إماراتية صالحة

We are looking for a experienced Real Estate Brokers who are having minimum 2 year experience, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Areas: Dubai Hills, Marina, ******s,Plam,Meadows,Jumeirah Park,Jumeirah Island
Speciality: Leasing and Selling
Responsibilities:
Finding new clients, ability to generate own leads through own strong network base
Maintain regular contact with Developer, landlords, investors, tenants, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales
Arranging presentations and meetings to promote the property
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation and marketing skills
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Real Estate in Dubai
Passionate, Punctual and Team Player
Self-motivation and driven, Target Driven, Motivation for sales, Presentable and confident
With valid UAE driver and car
RERA Certified
