تعلن شركة ManpowerGroup Middle East عن توفر وظيفة تنفيذي عمليات Operations Executive في ابوظبي
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
· إجراء تخطيط وتحليل للمخزون لتحقيق التوازن بين احتياجات العملاء والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المالية. · توفير تحليل المخاطر والتشغيل والتكلفة الإستراتيجية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للمراجعة · تقديم التقارير الداخلية والبحث والتنبؤ والدعم التحليلي من البداية إلى العملية النهائية والجوانب الأخرى لعملية الشراء · عمليات تشغيلية داخلية محددة ومبسطة بمشاركة العديد من أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك المحاسبة والعمليات وإدارة المنتجات والتخطيط المالي. · مراقبة توقيت التسليم عن كثب وتوافر المنتج والتسعير للحفاظ على الحد الأدنى للربح من كميات الطلبات · تم التصرف كمستشار للإدارة مباشرة بشأن استراتيجية البائع وإدارة المكاتب الدولية. · تخطيط جداول التسليم. · ضمان وجود مخزون كاف في المخازن. · التأكد من أن الموردين لديهم مخزون كافٍ لتلبية الطلب · الإشراف على عمليات الطلب والتعبئة ق · مراقبة مستويات المخزون · تتبع المنتجات من خلال المستودعات للتأكد من وصولها إلى وجهتها
الخبرة والكفاءات المطلوبة:
· المؤهلات الجامعية ، ويفضل في إدارة سلسلة التوريد. · خبرة لا تقل عن 4-7 سنوات في البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة الطعام و / أو التجارة الإلكترونية. · مهارات اتصال جيدة (سيكون فهم عملية خط الإنتاج ميزة).

Primary Responsibilities:
· Performed inventory planning and analysis to balance customer needs with optimal utilization of financial resources· Pr***ded strategic risk, operation and cost analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) for review · Pr***ded internal reporting, research, forecasting and analytical support for end-to-end process and other aspects of the procurement process· Defined and streamlined internal operational processes with participation from multiple stakeholders including accounting, operations, product management and financial planning leads· Closely monitored delivery timing, product availability and pricing to maintain profitable minimum order quantities· Acted as consultant to management directly on vendor strategy and international offices management· Planning delivery timetables· Ensuring stores have enough stock· Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand· Overseeing the ordering and packaging process· Monitoring stock levels· Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
Required Experience and Competencies
· Tertiary qualification, preferable within Supply Chain Management· Minimum of 4-7 year experience within Retail, Food Service and or Ecommerce· Good Communication skills (understanding of production line process would be an advantage).
