المهام الوظيفية:

تستعد لتجميع وتحليل معلومات الحساب.
التنسيق مع فريق الشؤون المالية لإكمال مهام المحاسبة المعينة في المواعيد النهائية.
الاتصال بفريق الحسابات بشأن التسويات بين المشتركين.
إدارة إنشاء الموردين / العملاء في نظام المحاسبة
الحفاظ على الوثائق.
تأكد من توفر جميع المستندات الداعمة في نظام المحاسبة.
شارك مع المساعد المالي في مراقبة التعرض لمخاطر الائتمان على أساس أسبوعي.
تأكد من أن المستحقات الشهرية مسجلة بشكل صحيح وأن المستحقات السابقة قد تم مسحها

Prepares compiling and analyzing account information.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
Liaise with accounts team on the inter-co reconciliations.
Manage the creation of suppliers / customers in the accounting system
Maintain the documentations.
Make sure that all supporting documents are available in the accounting system.
Partner with the finance assistant on monitoring of credit exposure on weekly basis.
Make sure monthly accruals are properly recorder and previous accruals are cleared
