مستشار مبيعات Sales And Leasing Consultant للعمل في دبي
تحتاج Indus Real Estate ، وهي وسيط مسجل في مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري RERA حائزة على العديد من الجوائز في دبي ، إلى مستشاري مبيعات وتأجير بدوام كامل
بصفتك مستشار مبيعات وتأجير ، قد تشمل واجباتك ومسؤولياتك ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر -
1. تنفيذ المهام اليومية للمبيعات والتأجير (في تلك المجالات المخصصة لك) إما بشكل مستقل أو بالاشتراك مع مستشاري المبيعات / التأجير الآخرين.
2. الاتصال بالعملاء من أجل تلبية متطلبات الإيجار الخاصة بهم حتى يحين الوقت الذي يتم فيه العثور على العقار المناسب.
3. متابعة جميع الأعمال الورقية حسب الضرورة والتأكد من توفر معلومات دقيقة وحديثة للدخول في برامج قواعد البيانات ذات الصلة.
4. ضمان علاقة عمل فعالة مع المالكين والمطورين والعملاء ، وإحاطة مديرك على الفور بأي مشكلات مهمة تنشأ عن جهات الاتصال هذه.
5. إعداد وثائق داعمة كافية وكاملة لتقديمها إلى "شعبة الحسابات" لضمان التحويلات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب. إعادة توجيه الشيكات والمستندات اللازمة إلى الملاك و / أو الشركات العقارية للمدفوعات المستلمة نيابة عنهم.
6. التأكد ، قدر الإمكان ، من معالجة الشكاوى والمخاوف بسرعة وبصورة مرضية.
7. الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة عن العقارات والعملاء والملاك. ستظل جميع الأعمال الورقية والوثائق وتفاصيل الاتصال والتقارير أو القوائم التي تم إنشاؤها ملكًا لشركة Indus Real Estate LLC.
8. إجراء أي اتصال مع الملاك والمستأجرين / العملاء وموظفي Indus Real Estate بطريقة مهنية ولطيفة.
9. مواكبة متطلبات اللافتات والإعلان ، وضمان نقل هذه المعلومات بدقة إلى قسم التسويق.
10. القيام بأية واجبات قد تنشأ ، أو وفقًا للتوجيهات ، لدعم شركة Indus Real Estate وأقسامها المختلفة.

Indus Real Estate, a multi-awarded RERA registered broker in Dubai, is in need of a full-time Sales and Leasing consultants
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, your duties and responsibilities may *******, but not be limited to –
1. Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales & leasing (in those areas assigned to you) either independently or in conjunction with other sales/leasing consultants.
2. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
3. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
4. Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients, and briefing your Manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
5. Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Accounts Division to ensure accurate, timely remittances. Forwarding cheques and necessary documents to landlords and/or real-estate companies for payments received on their behalf.
6. Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
7. Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Indus Real Estate LLC.
8. Conducting any communication with landlords, tenants / clients and Indus Real Estate staff in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Remaining abreast of signage and advertising requirements, and ensuring this information is accurately conveyed to the Marketing Division.
10. Carrying out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that are in support of Indus Real Estate and its various divisions.
