المسؤوليات:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية
إنشاء 20-30 اجتماعًا للعملاء (شخصي / تكبير) من خلال الاتصال البارد والإحالات وقيادة التسويق
إظهار وتمييز المنتج عن المنافسة بوضوح مع التركيز على عرض قيمة واضح ومقنع
زيادة مبيعات المنتجات الجديدة
التنبؤ والتسليم مقابل أهداف الإيرادات الكبيرة وتحقيق حجم المبيعات المحدد
تحديد فرص العمل الجديدة ومتابعة الفرص التجارية المحددة
دعم عملية تخطيط القناة والتنبؤ بالمناطق المحددة
توثيق الخطط والأنشطة والفرص بدقة في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء


المهارات والمتطلبات :

2-5 سنوات خبرة في المبيعات تشارك في عملية بيع حلول البرمجيات
سجل حافل بالنجاحات في زيادة الإيرادات من خلال اكتشاف أعمال جديدة والتنقيب عنها وخلقها
خبرة في إدارة النظام والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
معرفة قوية بـ MS Office ، أعمال التجارة الإلكترونية ، تطبيقات CRM.


المطلوب:

المبيعات مدفوعة بتركيز قوي على العميل.
يجب أن تكون متحمسًا لخلق قيمة لعملائك ، مما يؤدي في النهاية إلى عمل مربح لكليهما. إن تحديد صانعي القرار المناسبين وكذلك الشجاعة لطرح الأسئلة الصحيحة أمر بالغ الأهمية لنجاحك.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly sales targets
• Generating 20-30 customer meetings (personal/Zoom) through cold calling, referrals and marketing leads
• Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on clear and compelling value proposition
• Driving new product sales
• Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume
• Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
• Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
• Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system

Skills and requirements;

• 2-5 years of sales experience involved in software solution sales process
• Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business
• Experience in System Management and IT Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, ecommerce business, CRM applications.
