● إجراء تسويات المخزون الشهرية لعمليات التعداد الفعلي لجميع الموزعين الإقليميين وتسليط الضوء

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو اللوجستيات أو المجال ذي الصلة

We plan on hiring a proficient and experienced Stock Controller to join our retail store on an immediate basis.
You will be managing our inventory, as well as, purchase merchandise based on our company’s requirements. You will be responsible for tracking down the shipments, administering inventory audits, and also maintaining purchase reports and pricing.
You should have extensive know-how with the latest supply chain procedures and have robust communication skills that will help you interact with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Last but not least, you will be increasing effectiveness and profitability by maintaining optimal stock levels of the best products at all times.

Responsibilities

• Forecast both supply and demand that helps prevent running OOS and overstocking
• Enter purchase details (invoices, vendor details, pricing) into the internal databases
• Place orders that help replenish stock items as and when required
• Track shipments and keep the records up-to-date on a day-to-day basis
• Oversee product storage, particularly of fragile items
• Estimate suppliers’ offer and negotiate gainful deals
• Manage and maintain inventory audits on a regular basis
• Ensure the purchases do not exceed the estimated budget
• Manage the purchasing orders and inventory control
• Liaise with the internal teams and warehouse staff to test the product’s quality

The Stock Controller is the custodian of stock record & balances.
● Responsible for physical verification, regular reconciliations and general monitoring of stock activity;
● Assist in developing and implementing inventory policies and procedures;
● Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc inventory levels and consumption reports to all the relevant stakeholders;
● Facilitate and participate in monthly and annual stock counts in the field;
● Perform monthly stock reconciliations of physical counts for all regional distributors and highlight
variances to the operations department;
● Reconcile stock deliveries with purchase orders and actual invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or relevant field
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager, Stock Controller, or similar role
• Extensive know-how of supply chain procedures
• A thorough understanding of inventory management programs
• Excellent inventory management skills
• Actively take part in inventory audits
• Outstanding organization skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Should be a team player
