تقديم التقارير إلى مدير المبيعات


الغرض من الوظيفة:


● تقديم خدمات الدعم المكتبي عبر المكالمات والبريد.

● الرد على الاستفسارات ، والحفاظ على نظام الملفات العام ، والمصروفات النثرية ، ومعالجة النقود ، وإعداد الفواتير ، والإيصالات ، والكشوف ، وما إلى ذلك من أجل ضمان الكفاءة والفعالية في المنفذ.

● تخطيط وتعيين وظائف الإصلاح إلى فريق داخلي وخارجي تحت إشراف لحضور سريع للعملاء والإصلاح.

● متابعة الوظائف المعلقة حتى يتم إصلاحها واختبارها وتسليمها وإغلاقها لتحقيق مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء.

● إعداد تقدير / عرض أسعار عند الاستفسار والتنسيق لقطع الغيار والتسليمات لتحويل الاستفسارات إلى مبيعات.

● مراقبة توافر قطع الغيار وإبلاغ القلق بالطلب ، للحصول على المخزون الأمثل للقيام بالعمل.

● للإبلاغ عن المكالمات المتأخرة والمعلقة بحيث يتم اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لإرضاء العملاء.

● لتحمل مسؤولية الجرد في التوجيه أو عدم وجود المشرفين لضمان التشغيل السلس.


الملف الشخصي المرشح المطلوب:



أنا. خريج مع خبرة جيدة في تنسيق المبيعات مع الشركات التي تتعامل في الأجهزة المنزلية ومنتجات العناية الشخصية.

ثانيا. يجب أن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية المكتوبة والشفوية

ثالثا. دبلوم لمدة عام في تطبيقات الكمبيوتر مع معرفة جيدة بـ MS Office

رابعا. ثنائي اللغة سيكون مفيدًا.

v. قادر على العمل بشكل مستقل ويمكنه التعامل مع المهام المتعددة تحت الضغط.

السادس. خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

Purpose of the Job


● To provide office support services via calls and mail.
● Responding to queries, maintaining General Filing System, petty cash, cash handling, preparing invoices, receipt, statements, etc in order to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in the Outlet.
● Plan and Assign the Repair Jobs to the Indoor & Outdoor team under supervision to have quick attendance to Customer & repair.
● Follows up for the pending jobs till it is repaired, tested, delivered, and closed to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Prepare estimate/quotation upon inquiry and coordinate for spare parts and deliveries to convert inquiries into Sales.
● Monitor the availability of spare parts and to inform the concern for order, to have optimum stock to carry out the work.
● To Report delayed and pending calls so that immediate action to be taken to satisfy the customers.
● To take stock responsibility in guidance or absence of Supervisors to have a smooth operation.


Required Candidate profile:

i. Graduate with good experience in Sales Coordination with companies dealing in Home Appliances and Personal Grooming products.
ii. Should be well versed with written and oral English
iii. 1-year Diploma in Computer Application with Good Knowledge of MS Office
iv. Bilingual will be advantageous.
v. Capable to work independently and can handle Multitask under pressure.
vi. Based out of the UAE only.
