نحن نبحث حاليًا عن شريك إداري للانضمام إلى أعمالنا الموسعة في أبو ظبي - الإمارات العربية المتحدة هذا دور قيادي يتطلب مستوى عالٍ من المساءلة ومسؤولية الربح والخسارة والتعاون عبر الحدود مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك الشركاء الاستراتيجيون والعملاء والمستثمرون والشركاء المؤسسون والفريق التنفيذي الأول.


الغرض الرئيسي من هذا الدور هو أن يكون المحرك الاستراتيجي للعلامة التجارية ، لقيادة توليد الإيرادات وتطوير الأعمال وبناء شراكات خارجية قوية وتعزيز فريق مذهل من الأشخاص ، من خلال تخطيط التعاقب والتوجيه القوي. سيأتي المرشح المثالي مع كتاب قواعد راسخ وشبكة عالمية وسيفهم ما يلزم للقيادة وتأييد المساءلة وقيادة الزخم.


المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تقديم رؤية واستراتيجية طويلة المدى للأعمال ؛
دفع النمو من خلال أهداف واضحة ؛
تعزيز الإيرادات والأداء التشغيلي ؛
وضع الميزانيات وإدارة النفقات ؛
قيادة عملية تطوير الميزانية السنوية ، بالشراكة مع الفريق التنفيذي ورؤساء الأعمال التجارية لضمان دعم القرارات المالية للشركة ؛
وضع نظام رقابة فعال يغطي الضوابط غير المالية وكذلك المالية ؛
التأكد من أن الشركة وأعمالها تمتثل لجميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها ؛
كن السفير العالمي ؛
التواصل مع الفرص الجديدة من خلال الشراكات المبتكرة ؛
بناء وصيانة شبكة قوية ؛
بناء وقيادة فريق إدارة تنفيذية فعال ومتماسك ، مع تخطيط تعاقب فعال ؛
تقديم ملاحظات مستمرة لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لدفع ثقافة عالية الأداء ؛
قيادة المبادرات الثقافية الرئيسية ، بما في ذلك برامج مشاركة الموظفين ، والرفاهية وردود الفعل ؛
تقرير عن أداء الأعمال التجارية وتحقيق الاستراتيجية والميزانية المتفق عليها ؛
توفير نظام مناسب ومرضي لتقارير الإدارة المالية على أساس شهري ؛
ضمان التواصل الفعال والاستجابة بشكل مناسب لقضايا الإعلام والعلاقات العامة.


المتطلبات:

ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال التنفيذية من أفضل الجامعات
لا تقل عن 15 عامًا من الخبرة المهنية ، أو 4 سنوات من الخبرة على مستوى كبار / شريك في أفضل شركة محاسبة أو استشارات.
سيكون لديك خبرة مثبتة في بناء الفرق وإدارتها ، مع سجل حافل لقيادة ثقافة قائمة على الأداء ، تحفز الموظفين على تحقيق نتائج مستدامة وتعزز المساءلة والمشاركة والتركيز.
يجب أن يكون قد أدار وظائف متعددة - العمليات ، والموارد البشرية ، والمالية ، والخدمات اللوجستية ، والمبيعات ، والتسويق / التأثير - قدرة قوية على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.

We are currently ****ing a Managing Partner to join our expanding business based in Abu Dhabi - UAE. This is a leadership role that requires high level of accountability, P&L responsibility, and cross boarder collaboration with all stakeholders including strategic partners, clients, investors, the founding partners and senior executive team.


The main purpose of the role is to be the strategy driver for the brand, to lead the revenue generation, business development and to build strong, external partnerships and to foster an amazing team of people, through succession planning and strong mentoring. The ideal candidate will come with an established rule book and global network and will understand what it takes to lead, champion accountability and drive momentum.


Main Responsibilities

• Deliver vision and long-term strategy for the business;
• Drive growth through clear goals;
• Enhance revenue and operating performance;
• Develop budgets, and manage expenditures;
• Lead the annual budget development process, in partnership with the executive team and venture business heads to ensure fiscal decisions support the company;
• Put in place an effective system of controls, covering non-financial as well as financial controls;
• Ensure that the Company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Be the global ambassador;
• Connect to new opportunities through innovative partnerships;
• Build and maintain a strong network;
• Build and lead an effective and cohesive executive management team, with effective succession planning;
• Pr***de ongoing feedback to internal and external stakeholders to drive a high-performance culture;
• Lead key culture initiatives, including employee engagement programmes, well-being and feedback;
• Report on the operation of the businesses’ performance and the achievement of the agreed strategy and budget;
• Pr***de an appropriate and satisfactory system for financial management reporting on a monthly basis;
• Ensure effective communication and to respond appropriately to media and public relations issues.

Requirements

• MBA or EMBA from top university
• Minimum of 15 years of proffesional experience, or 4 years of senior/partner level experience within top accounting or consulting firm.
• You will have proven experience building and managing teams, with a track record of leading a performance-based culture, that motivates employees to drive sustainable results and promotes accountability, engagement and focus.
• Must have managed multiple functions - Operations, HR, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Marketing / Influencing - Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset - Showcased examples of growth and developed the business outside the conventional norms of the industry.
• Strong financial knowledge, must have managed a P&L
• Passionate wiith the ability to influence and connect at all levels of the business; from the cook in a kitchen to the Managing Directors
• Track record in designing, executing, and incubating new ventures and projects.
• Track record in fundraisig
• Experience of leading teams
• Solid understanding of technology trends
• Established network of global investors and corporate
• Ability to develop a new venture and lead from the front (From ideation to exit)
• Must speak and write fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
