تبحث عن مسؤول علاقات عامة متمرس للحصول على التأشيرات والخدمات الحكومية ذات الصلة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يجب أن يكون لدى الشخص خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مسؤول العلاقات العامة

المسؤوليات:



- جمع وإعطاء تحديثات منتظمة لجميع معايير العمل والهجرة من المكاتب الحكومية لإبقاء مكتب الموارد البشرية على اطلاع جيد بأي تغييرات في الإجراءات والقواعد.



- تطبيق وتجديد وتحديث جميع تأشيرات وعقود العمل للموظفين وعائلاتهم في الوقت المحدد لضمان تحديث سجلات المنظمة في إدارتي العمل والهجرة ..



- التأكد من تحديث جميع الرخص التجارية والتجارية ، ومتابعة الموافقات والتصاريح الرسمية ، لمنع الانتهاكات غير الضرورية.



- قم بإعداد ومعالجة المستندات القانونية المطلوبة بدقة مثل تصديق عقد الإيجار في الوكالات الحكومية مثل وزارة الاقتصاد ووزارة المالية والجمارك والمحكمة وغرفة التجارة وإدارة المرور والبلدية.



- تمثيل الشركة في مكاتب مختلفة مثل سفارات المطارات ومركز الشرطة والوزارات / البلديات والإدارات الحكومية الأخرى.



- تعامل بشكل سريع ومثمر مع الاستفسارات العامة حول وظائف PRO



- الحصول على تأشيرات من مختلف السفارات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة للموظفين للسفر ذات الصلة بالعمل



- على دراية كافية بعملية الحصول على تصاريح الإقامة وما إلى ذلك.



المؤهلات:



- 3 سنوات خبرة على الأقل في منصب مماثل في دبي



- مهارات إدارية



- جيد عن طريق الفم

Looking for experienced Public Relations Officer for visa and goverment related services in the UAE. The person should be with a minimum of 3 years experience in Public Relations Officer role

Responsibilities:

- Collect and give regular updates on all work and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.

- Apply,Renew, update all employees and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments..

- Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.

- Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.

- Represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.

- Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions

- Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels

- Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits etc.

Qualifications:

- Atleast 3 years experience in similar position in Dubai

- Administration skills

- Good Oral & written English

- Preference given to native Arabic speaker

- Solid background on UAE Labor law most importantly on Immigration rules and regulation

- Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.

- Great organizational skills
