الغرض من الوظيفة: إنشاء عرض ذي قيمة أعلى من خلال تحسين تجربة العملاء وقيادة فريقه لضمان تسليم المشاريع الممنوحة بالكامل وفي الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية وبمعايير الجودة المطلوبة (ضمن المواصفات المتفق عليها).
سيكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولاً في نهاية المطاف عن عملية التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة وإغلاق المشاريع الممنوحة بعد تدفقات العمليات والإجراءات والأدوات التي تم نشرها من قبل FPI. من المتوقع أن يقود شاغل الوظيفة عملية تسليم المشروع وإدارة الاتصالات الداخلية والخارجية لدعم التنفيذ الناجح للمشاريع وتلبية متطلبات واحتياجات العميل التي من شأنها في النهاية تمكين الأعمال المتكررة. سيتعين على شاغل الوظيفة أيضًا ضمان الامتثال لقواعد ، ورموز وسياسات FPI الداخلية.
المسؤوليات:
مسؤول بشكل مباشر عن قيادة تنفيذ المشاريع المعقدة التي تتطلب عادة قرارات ذات تأثير كبير على الأعمال والتي تتطلب فطنة عالية من المهارات الإدارية والفنية والتعاقدية.
قم بقيادة فريق من قادة المشروع وتأكد من تسليم المشاريع الممنوحة بالكامل وفي الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية وبمعايير الجودة المطلوبة (ضمن المواصفات المتفق عليها).
العمل عن كثب مع SCC ، والهندسة ، والتقنية ، والتخطيط ، والإنتاج ، والجودة ، والخدمات اللوجستية والميدانية لتطوير خطط تنفيذ مشاريع مفصلة ومحدثة لجميع المشاريع قيد التشغيل ولرصد ومتابعة التقدم مقابل خطة خط الأساس بانتظام.
تصعيد أي مشكلات لا يمكن حلها على مستواه إلى مدير العمليات أو قائد المشروع العالمي حسب الاقتضاء.
الحفاظ على تحديثات ملخص المشروع المنتظمة وتعميمها ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشروع.
التنسيق يوميًا مع فريق العمليات لضمان تحقيق جداول الإنتاج والتفتيش واللوجستيات التي من شأنها تمكين عمليات التسليم للعملاء في الوقت المناسب.
قيادة وتحفيز فريقه والتأكد من أن خطط التعاقب ذات الصلة والتدريب والبرامج والمبادرات الأخرى المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية يتم نشرها بشكل فعال.
مراقبة ومتابعة والإبلاغ عن التقدم المحرز في المشاريع الجارية لضمان متابعة خطط المشروع ومعالمه والوفاء بها.
قم بتحليل مشكلات تنفيذ المشروع وطلبات العميل وتأكد من بدء الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة وأفضل الممارسات والضوابط اللازمة ونشرها.
راقب تنوعات نطاق المشاريع وتأكد من نشر الأدوات المناسبة من أجل تعظيم الربح على المشاريع.
مراقبة مخاطر المشروع وتقديم إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة من أجل حماية مصلحة الشركة وتصعيد المشكلات عند الضرورة
مراقبة جداول الدفع من أجل ضمان التحصيل في الوقت المناسب وتقليل المدفوعات المتأخرة والمتأخرة.
التأكد من أن جميع طلبات وشكاوى العملاء يتم التعامل معها وحلها بشكل احترافي وفي الوقت المناسب.
ضمان النشر المنتظم لنقد المشروع وتقارير دراسة الحالة من أجل تطوير قاعدة بيانات المشاريع على نطاق واسع
إدارة ورعاية العلاقات مع العملاء والعملاء من خلال الاتصالات الفعالة والاستجابة في الوقت المناسب والزيارات المنتظمة.
المتطلبات:

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات:
شهادة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المدنية أو الكيميائية أو الصناعية
شهادة PMP (زائد)
مهارات جيدة بين الأفراد والتواصل
الحد الأدنى من الخبرة: 5 سنوات خبرة في إدارة المشاريع ذات الصلة

Job Title: Project Manager
Candidate needs to be currently in UAE
Previous experience within GRE, fiberglass, composite material is preferred
JOB PURPOSE: Create a higher value proposition through improved customer experience and lead his team to ensure that the awarded projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard (within the agreed specifications).
The incumbent would be ultimately responsible for the process of planning, executing, monitoring and closing awarded projects following FPI’s adopted Process flows, Procedures and deployed tools. The incumbent is expected to lead the project delivery process and manage internal and external communications to support the successful execution of projects and to satisfy the Client’s requirements and needs that would ultimately enable repeat business. The incumbent will also have to ensure compliance to FPI in-house Rules, Codes & Policies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Project Management
Directly responsible for leading the execution of complex Projects which usually requires decisions having high impact on the business and which necessitates a higher acumen of managerial, technical and contractual skills.
Lead a team of project leaders and ensure that the awarded projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard (within the agreed specifications).
Work closely with SCC, engineering, technical, planning, production, quality, logistics and field services to develop detailed and updated project execution plans for all running projects and to regularly monitor and follow up the progress vs the baseline plan.
Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved at his level to the Operations Manager or Global Project Lead as appropriate.
Maintain and Circulate regular project summary updates and project KPIs.
Coordinate daily with the operations team to ensure realization of the production, inspection and logistics schedules which would enable timely deliveries to customers.
Lead and motivate his team and ensure that the relevant succession planning, training and other HR related programs and initiatives are being effectively rolled out.
Monitor, Follow-up and Report the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that project plans and milestones are being pursued and fulfilled.
Analyze project execution issues and client requests and ensure that the necessary corrective actions, best practices and necessary controls are initiated and rolled out.
Monitor the projects scope variations and ensure that the appropriate tools are deployed in order to maximize profit on projects.
Monitor project risks and introduce the appropriate mitigation action so as to safeguard the company’s interest and escalating issues where necessary
Monitor payment schedules in order to ensure timely collection and minimize late and overdue payments.
Ensure that all customer requests and complaints are being attended and resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
Ensure regular posting of project Critiques and case study Reports in order to develop a group wide projects data base
Manage and nurture relationships with customers and clients through efficient communications, timely response, and regular visits.
Policies & Procedures
Implementation and compliance to the applicable policies, procedures, workflows and methodologies
Adhere to legal and financial procedures set by FPI in the execution of projects while highlighting risks.
Ensure strict compliance to FPI applicable in-house rules and ethics policy.

Comply with HSE policies and procedures
Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required
Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

Internal: Project Planning, Legal, Sales, Bids & Proposals, VETM, SSC, Production, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC, Delivery, Site Services, and Finance.
External: Customers, Suppliers, Subcontractors
Job relevant information:
Responsible to ensure that all projects are handled according to FPI general terms and conditions to ensure profitability
Full understanding of the contractual conditions, financial aspects, and process of projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial
PMP Certification (a plus)
Good inter-personal & Communication skills
Minimum Experience: 5+ years Project management relevant experience

Hands-on Project management experience
Knowledge of the Company’s products, processes, accreditations, delivery, installation and quality procedures
