يقوم اختصاصي التسعير بتقييم البيانات من مجموعة متنوعة من المصادر واستخدامها لاشتقاق رؤى حول استراتيجيات التسعير واتجاهات السوق. أخصائي التسعير مسؤول عن تطبيق عدد من الأساليب الكمية والنوعية لتحليل أسعار المنافسين وتقييم الحصة السوقية والهوامش وتتبع مشاركة العملاء من أجل الحصول على صورة كاملة لاستراتيجيات التسعير الفعالة. الدور مسؤول عن دعم البلدان وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين حول موضوعات التسعير وآخر التحديثات حول اتجاهات السوق والظروف المتعلقة بإدارة الأسعار.


مهام الوظيفة:


فحص وتقييم البيانات من مجموعة متنوعة من المصادر ، بدءًا من بيانات تسعير المنافسين إلى ملفات تعريف شرائح العملاء وبيانات التكلفة لتقديم التوصية
العمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والوظائف لدعم تطوير استراتيجيات التسعير التنافسي
مواكبة اتجاهات السوق داخل الصناعة ككل لدعم تطوير استراتيجيات قابلة للتنفيذ
عرض النتائج على الإدارة العليا لدعم عمليات صنع القرار
دعم مسؤوليات مراقبة قسم التسعير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية بما يتماشى مع إستراتيجية الشركة
راقب ربحية الفئة لكل استراتيجية تسعير
راجع قرارات التسعير إذا لزم الأمر ، وراقب أداء المنتجات بشكل استباقي لتحديد ما إذا كانت هناك حاجة إلى إعادة التقييم
مراقبة الأسعار لضمان تحقيق الأهداف وتحليل الأثر المالي لنهج السعر في ضوء التاريخ العام واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية
متابعة أداء وتنافسية سلال التسعير في جميع الدول
للتحقق من الحساسية وحصة المبيعات من سلال التسعير
متابعة وتنسيق عقود شركات أبحاث السوق (Nielsen ، GFK إلخ.)
مدير خط التنبيه والبلدان حول المنافسين الجدد

المسؤليات:

تحديد فرص التطوير المهني والبحث عنها بشكل استباقي لتحسين المهارات القيادية والتقنية المتعلقة بخط العمل المباشر
تطبيق واتباع سياسات رأس المال البشري لشركة MAF Retail والإجراءات والتعليمات ذات الصلة
توفير التدريب وردود الفعل للمراسلين المباشرين عند الحاجة


المهام:


تنفيذ استراتيجية التسعير
مراقبة تسعير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل مؤشر الأسعار ونسبة المطابقة وما إلى ذلك.
التعاون مع الإدارات ذات الصلة لإنجاح استراتيجية التسعير
يتم إنشاء المدخلات من تحليل التسعير على أساس شهري
متابعة مستوى دقة التنبؤات مثل المبيعات والحجم والهامش


المؤهلات:

· درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو ذات الصلة

الحد الأدنى من الخبرة

· 5 سنوات في وضع مماثل

The Pricing Specialist is assessing data from a variety of sources and using it to derive insights into pricing strategies and market trends. The Pricing Specialist is responsible for applying a number of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze competitor pricing, assess market share and margins, and track customer engagement in order to gain a complete picture of effective pricing strategies. The role is accountable for supporting Countries and internal stakeholders about pricing topics and latest updates about market trends and conditions related to price management.


Role Details:

Pricing Analysis

• Examine and assess data from a variety of sources, ranging from competitor pricing data to customer segment profiles and cost data to pr***de recommendation
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and functions to support in developing enacting competitive pricing strategies
• Stay abreast of market trends within the industry as a whole to support in developing actionable strategies
• Present findings to the senior management to support in decision making processes
• Support monitoring responsibilities for the pricing section’s KPI’s in line with corporate strategy
• Monitor the category profitability for every pricing strategy
• Revise pricing decisions if necessary, and proactively monitor products’ performance to determine whether re-evaluation is needed
• Monitor pricing to ensure that the objectives are achieved and analyse financial impact of price approach in view of overall history and take corrective measures
• Follow up pricing baskets performance and competitiveness in all countries
• To check sensitivity and sales share of pricing baskets
• Follow and coordinate market research companies contracts (Nielsen, GFK etc.)
• ***** line manager and countries about new competitors

• Proactively identify and **** professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
• Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
• Pr***de training and feedback to direct reportees when required

Definition of Success

• Implementation of pricing strategy
• Monitoring pricing KPIs such as price index, matching ratio etc.
• Collaboration with relevant departments for the success of pricing strategy
• Inputs generated from pricing analysis on a monthly basis
• Follow up accuracy level of forecasts like Sales, Volume and Margin

Minimum Qualifications/education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or relevant
Minimum experience
· 5+ years in a similar position

• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Retail and product knowledge
• Strong communicator and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
