The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to customer service, note down exactly the jobs required, pr***de estimate with job explanations, prepare job cards, follow up the jobs in the *****hop, take approvals for additional repairs, inform any delays, deliver the vehicle and explain the invoice to customers, etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensure for everynew vehicle arrival that the details recorded in the system are matching the check list/ job card.
- Confirm that service and warranty details of all vehicles in our stock are available and updated in the system.
- Review the vehicle condition and ensure that the vehicle is prepared as per the showroom standards by mentioning the jobs to be carried out on the vehicle.
- Ensure that all vehicles are maintained in an immaculate condition as per the company standards.
- Review and approve the quotations from the service centers and choose the ideal service center to carry out the jobs.
- Pr***de technical explanation to the Service Advisors for the jobs to be carried out on the vehicle.
- Confirm and approve the quotation from the ideal service center ensuring the right cost, quality and delivery time, for all the jobs to be carried out on the vehicle.
- Supervise the Department meticulously in carrying the below duties following the right process and method:
- Monitoring the status of each vehicle transaction to ensure each vehicle is placed and displayed correctly. Additionally, ensuring the same is reflected and updated in the system immediately.
- Ensure that the vehicle is parked at the correct location to avoid any RTA charges/ fines.
- Handle after sales services for all customer concerns. Coordinate with various departments until the matter is resolved. i.e. Customer service and sales department.
- Pr***de customers with in depth information about available part options and advice on warranty options.
13. Ensure and monitor the daily photography session of new vehicle arrivals, existing stock, etc.
14. Audit the published cars on major portals and company website against the system. Report to the concerned department to make necessary amendments if required and ensure it is actioned in a timely manner.
15. Ensure the health and safety regulations are being followed by the Operations department at all times i.e. during vehicle fuel filling, floor cleaning, m***ng vehicles etc.
16. Upload and update the system for all the duties as and when required.
17. For all employees reporting to you, ensure their working hours throughout the day are utilized efficiently.
18. Facilitate all the parties in charge with any ad hoc support as and when required (ensuring that the request is not contradicting the compliance of departmental policies and procedures).
19. Prepare the reports as and when required by the reporting personnel.
20. Filing all documents (hard and soft copy) related to all your tasks and responsibilities.
21. Maintain a database of all suppliers and vendors in coordination with the Administrative Department.
22. Conduct stock audit on a rotational and timely manner as per the Company Policy.
23. Ensure to do the quality check at each stage of every task carried out related to every vehicle.
24. Additional duties may be added as and when deemed necessary.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of professional experience in UAE
- Auto Mechanical Degree/Diploma
- Excellent communication skills
