Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager required
Position based in Dubai United Arab Emirates
Restaurant Manager
Experience 45 years of experience in F&B;operations out of which 3 years in managerial role
Assistant Restaurant Manager 34 years of experience in F&B;operations out of which 12 years in managerial role
• Review the weekly COG’S results to prepare and monitor the par levels activities
• Ensure implementation of standards as per the brand guidelines, and monitor appliance of hygiene and
H&S;requirements
• Enforce a “Customer Service” through training staff to deliver high standards
• Gather customers feedback to better understand their needs and improve products/services
accordingly
• Analyse daily sales and cost figures and leverage all operational tools to improve financial performance
• Prepare weekly staff lists and schedules, constantly monitor and manage store staffing positions to achieve and maintain operational requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
