الوصف الوظيفي:

العمل من الناحية الوظيفية وقيادة استراتيجية تطوير السوق لتحقيق إيرادات يمكن التنبؤ بها ونمو العميل في المجالات التالية: التفتيش ، والشهادة ، والمعايرة


مساعدة واستلام شهادات اعتماد الأيزو وتنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الجودة والأيزو للشركة والعملاء


إنشاء وتنفيذ والإشراف على برنامج المعايرة والاختبار للشركة


الإشراف على فرق المفتشين والفنيين الذين يقومون بإجراء التقييم التفصيلي لعمليات التفتيش والمعايرة والشهادات / الاعتمادات


إدارة عمليات التفتيش والتأكد من تنفيذ الاختبارات لمتطلبات مستندات العقد


تقييم والاستفادة من الفرص التي تغذي نمو السوق على المدى القصير والطويل


ضمان الالتزام بالالتزامات القانونية وضمان الامتثال للهيئات التنظيمية وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة


المشاركة في اجتماعات ما قبل التفتيش للتحقق من أن كل عميل لديه فهم لمتطلبات ضمان / مراقبة الجودة لعقود B2B لعمليات التفتيش والشهادات والمعايرة


تأكد من أن الموظفين العاملين في الإنتاج على دراية بمتطلبات الجودة ، ويقدم مديرو ضمان الجودة التدريب على أفضل الممارسات.


التنسيق مع الأطراف الثالثة والشركاء التجاريين لأوراق التفتيش وإدارة تقارير الاختبار وتدريب الموظفين على أفضل الممارسات والاتساق


تخطيط وتطوير وإدارة برنامج جودة منهجي وموجه نحو التفاصيل لضمان الإدارة المناسبة للوثائق ، وتنفيذ إجراءات الاختبار بشكل مناسب ، وإغلاق القضايا في الوقت المناسب لتخفيف المخاطر


إدارة ميزانية الشركة وسياساتها وموظفيها وعملياتها التجارية بنجاح



إدارة التكاليف التشغيلية لضمان خدمة عملاء ممتازة مع البائعين والعملاء ، وتحسين العمليات الإدارية




المتطلبات:

معرفة وخبرة ممتازة في مجال مراقبة الجودة والتفتيش وإصدار الشهادات والمعايرة
إثبات القدرة على دفع نمو الأعمال من خلال الحلول الإستراتيجية القائمة على السوق
يجب أن يعيش حاليًا في دبي أو الشارقة ولديه خبرة عملية لمدة 5 سنوات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة (خبرة 3 سنوات في منشأة معتمدة من ISO)
الالتزام بالامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية
خبرة شهادة ISO إلزامية
معرفة متعمقة بإجراءات مراقبة الجودة والمعايير القانونية
الإلمام بمجموعة واسعة من العمليات العامة بما في ذلك التفتيش واختبار بروتوكولات وإجراءات المختبرات وما إلى ذلك.

General Manager Job Description

Work cross functionally and lead market development strategy to achieve predictable revenue and client growth in the following areas: Inspection, Certification, & Calibration


Assist and receive ISO accreditation certificates and implement ISO and Quality Management Systems for the company and clients


Create, implement, and oversee calibration and testing program for the company


Supervise teams of inspectors and technicians who carry out the detailed assessment of inspections, Calibration, and certifications/accreditations


Manage inspections and ensure tests are executed to the requirements of the contract documents


Evaluate and capitalize on opportunities that fuel both short & long-term market growth


Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines


Participate in pre-inspection meetings to verify that each client has an understanding of QA/QC requirements for B2B contracts for inspections, certification, & calibration


Ensure that employees working in production are aware of quality requirements, quality assurance managers provide training in best practices.


Coordinate with third parties, trade partners for inspection paperwork, manage testing reports and train employees for best practices and consistency


Plan, develop and manage a methodical and detail-oriented quality program to ensure appropriate document management, testing procedures are appropriately executed, and issues are closed in a timely manner to mitigate risk


Successfully manage company’s budget, policies, employees, and business operations



Manage operational costs to ensure excellent customer service with vendors and customers, and improve administration processes




Requirements

Excellent knowledge & experience in Quality Control, Inspection, Certification, and Calibration industry
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic, market-based solutions
Must currently live in Dubai or Sharjah & have 5 years working experience in the UAE (3 years’ experience in ISO certified facility)
Commitment to compliance with standard operating procedures
ISO certificate experience is mandatory
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
Familiarity with a broad range of general processes including inspection, testing laboratory protocols and procedures, etc.
