نحن نعمل حاليًا مع مجموعة شركات عائلية رائدة. إنهم يبحثون عن رئيس العمليات لقسم النقل الخاص بهم.
الغرض من هذا الدور هو مراقبة وتنفيذ الاتجاهات التكنولوجية المفيدة لخدمات النقل ، والمسؤول عن إنشاء وصيانة برامج ضمان الجودة والإنتاجية بشكل فعال. الوظيفة مطلوبة لتحديد المشاكل التشغيلية من خلال مراقبة ودراسة أداء النظام ونتائج الأداء ؛ التحقيق في الشكاوى والاقتراحات. تحديد أهداف المشروع مثل الكفاءة وتوفير التكاليف والسلامة وتقدير الملاءمة والوقت والتكاليف.
المهام الأساسية:
إدارة العمليات (بما في ذلك الأسطول) لوحدة الأعمال لضمان الربحية والتميز التشغيلي.
حضور اجتماعات منتظمة للهيئة التنظيمية والتعامل مع جميع الشكاوى بكفاءة والتأكد من تنفيذ جميع التعليمات بشكل صحيح.
العمل مع رئيس وحدة الأعمال لضمان إنجاز العمل بطريقة تتفق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية.
مراقبة العمليات التجارية لضمان التزام الموظفين بالسياسات والإجراءات الإدارية وقواعد السلامة واللوائح الحكومية.
رفع التقارير الشهرية والمعلومات العامة والتوصيات إلى رئيس وحدة الأعمال.
تطوير مبادرات السوق الجديدة وتقييم الأسواق الجديدة وتحليل فرص العمل.
التحكم في جميع أنواع تكاليف القسم وإدارتها ، بما في ذلك بشكل أساسي تكلفة الرواتب وتكلفة الأسطول
توقع فرص العمل طويلة الأجل ووضع استراتيجية لخطة العمل لتحقيق الأهداف
المعرفة والمهارات والكفاءات:
درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص
تكملها درجة الماجستير في الإدارة / الإدارة.
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح الناجح خبرة كبيرة في خدمات النقل ويجب أن يكون قد طور المعرفة بالقوانين ذات الصلة والبيئة التنظيمية للصناعة.
10 سنوات من الخبرة كحد أدنى ، ويفضل أن يكون من بينها 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في دور إداري.
خبرة في قيادة الخطط الإستراتيجية واستكمال المشاريع المعقدة التي تتوافق مع قوانين النقل الإقليمية ومعايير السلامة مع سجل حافل بالإنجازات المعترف بها.
فطنة تجارية وعددية ممتازة مع مهارات الاتصال والعرض التقديمي ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.

We are currently working with a leading family group of companies. They are looking for a Head of Operations for their transport division.
The purpose of this role is to monitor and implement technological trends useful to Transport Services, and responsible for effectively establishing and maintaining quality assurance and productivity programs. The position is required to identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; determining project objectives such as, efficiency, cost savings, safety, estimating relevance, time, and costs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the operations (including fleet) of the Business Unit to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
- Attend regular meetings of regulative body and handle all the complaints efficiently and ensure that all the instructions are implemented properly.
- Work with Business Unit Head to ensure the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Monitor business operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules and government regulations.
- Submit monthly reports, general information, and recommendations to the Business Unit Head.
- Develop new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities.
- Controlling and managing all type of costs of the department, mainly including payroll cost and cost of fleet
- Forecast long-term business opportunities and strategize the business plan to achieve the targets
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Complemented by a Master’s degree in Administration/Management.
- The successful candidate must have significant experience in Transport services and must have developed knowledge of relevant laws and regulatory environment for the industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, out of which preferably 5 years of GCC experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in driving strategic plans and completing complex projects complying to regional transportation laws and safety norms with a proven track record of recognizing achievements.
- Excellent commercial and numerical acumen with exemplary communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Successful track record of cultivating new and ongoing business development endeavours
