BeanBurds هو سوق يركز على القهوة تم إطلاقه في مايو 2020 وحقق نموًا سريعًا إلى الأكبر من نوعه في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تنمو BeanBurds دائمًا وتتغير دائمًا ولا تفوتك أبدًا فرصة لتصبح أفضل ، وهي النقطة التي ستبدأ فيها صناعة القهوة في التطور ونحن نبحث عن شخص شاب ديناميكي للانضمام إلى فريق العمليات.



للمساعدة في تحفيز نهج طويل الأجل للانضمام إلى BeanBurds ، سيتم منح المكافآت بشكل أساسي في شكل أسهم في الشركة. تعتبر العقلية القائمة على التقييم أساسية في هذا الدور حيث أننا نطلب جميع الإجراءات في الشركة لقيادة الشركة نحو النمو ورفع التقييم.

مسؤول عن إدارة العمليات اليومية ، سيتولى مدير العمليات ما يلي ؛

إدارة سلسلة توريد حبوب البن ومعدات القهوة
إدارة العلاقة مع جميع المحمصات
لتطوير فهم متعمق للمنتجات واستخدام أنواع القهوة المختلفة على المنصة لتتمكن من تقديم الدعم والمشورة للعملاء والزملاء على حد سواء
امتلاك وتنفيذ عمليات إعداد التقارير اليومية بما في ذلك الإخطارات لشركاء الخدمات اللوجستية
قم بإنشاء بيان الطلب وملصقات التعبئة لفريق التعبئة لاستخدامها على أساس يومي
إدارة الجدول الزمني للسائق والمسار والمتطلبات النقدية مباشرة
إدارة الحسابات مع التقارير الأسبوعية
إنشاء حسابات وكشوف حسابات شهرية لمراجعة ودفع المحمصة
نقل حسابات غير متصلة بالإنترنت / Excel إلى برنامج محاسبة قائم على السحابة (تجربة CloudBooks ميزة إضافية)
إدارة التدفقات النقدية والإبلاغ عن توافر النقد والاستخدام الموصى به للأموال
العمل مع فريق المبيعات لإعداد بائعين جدد ودمجهم في الهيكل العام للعمليات (أي توسيع خطة الخدمات اللوجستية)
تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والمبادرات الجديدة التي اقترحتها SLT وتقديم ملاحظات حول المكان الذي يمكن فيه تحسين هذه المبادرات من الناحية التشغيلية
توافر مرن ومستمر لكل من العملاء وفريق الإدارة ، أي تقارير معينة في منتصف الليل


الخبرة المطلوبة:

1-3 سنوات خبرة في الشؤون المالية
1-3 سنوات خبرة في العمليات
مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الأشخاص بروح الفريق القوية والسلوك التعاوني
خبرة سابقة في بدء التشغيل
مهارات إكسل المتوسطة

BeanBurds is a coffee-centric marketplace that launched in May 2020 and has growth quickly to the largest of its kind in the UAE. Always growing, always changing and never missing the chance to become better, BeanBurds is the point where the coffee industry will start to evolve and we’re looking for a young, dynamic person to join the Operations team.


To help motivate a long-term approach to joining BeanBurds, remuneration will primarily be given in the form of equity in the company. An evaluation-based mindset is key in this role as we require all action in the company to be driving the company towards growth and higher valuation.


To begin with you will need your own visa.


Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, the Operations Executive will be handling the following;

• Managing supply chain of coffee beans and coffee equipment
• Managing relationship with all roasters
• To develop an in-depth understanding of the products and use of the various types of coffee on the platform to be able to provide support and advice to customers and colleagues alike
• Own and execute the daily reporting processes including notifications to logistics partners
• Create order manifest and packing labels for the packing team to use on a daily basis
• Directly manage driver schedule, route and cash requirements
• Administer accounts with weekly reporting
• Generate monthly accounts and statements for roaster review and payment
• Transfer offline/excel accounts to cloud-based accounting software (CloudBooks experience is a plus)
• Manage cashflows and report on cash availability and advised use of funds
• Work with the sales team to onboard new vendors and incorporate them into the overall structure of operations (i.e. expanding logistics plan)
• Implement new strategies and initiatives proposed by SLT and provide feedback on where, Operationally, such initiatives could be improved
• Flexible and constant availability for both customers and management team i.e. certain reporting at midnight

Required Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in Finance
• 1-3 years’ experience in Operations
• Excellent people skills with a strong team spirit and co-operative attitude
• Previous start-up experience in a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Your own visa
• Must be happy to receive equity in lieu of a salary
