مدير محاسبة مالية Finance Accounting Manager للعمل في ابوظبي
• تنفيذ الضوابط المالية
• تطوير خطط الأعمال التشغيلية والاستراتيجية والتنبؤات ودراسات الجدوى.
• إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية والتي تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تحليل المبيعات وتقارير تكلفة الأغذية والمشروبات وحسابات الإدارة الشهرية.
• إعداد الميزانيات السنوية لكل وحدة عمل مع توقعات متجددة ربع سنوية محدثة.
• إعداد وتقديم حزمة Business Review الشهرية.
• تقديم تقرير شهري للمدير المالي
• P & L ، تحليل التباين مقابل الميزانية والتوقعات
• تأكد من أن جميع الأعمال والأصول التي تحت سيطرتك مؤمنة بشكل مناسب في جميع الأوقات من خلال شركة تأمين حسنة السمعة
• إدارة مخاطر الأصول والعملات والائتمان والسيولة.
• تنسيق عمليات المراجعة الداخلية والخارجية.
• السعي لبناء ثقافة الفريق من خلال العمل مع رؤساء الأعمال والأقسام المعنية لدعم استراتيجياتهم لتحقيق خطة العمل.
• الإشراف على إعداد كشوف المرتبات
• توفير القيادة لأعضاء فريقك المالي
• إدارة جميع المعاملات المصرفية ذات الصلة داخل قسم الضيافة.
• مراقبة التدفق النقدي اليومي
• مراجعة تسويات الميزانية العمومية الشهرية
• إعداد الحسابات في IFRS.
• الإشراف والرقابة على قسم المشتريات
• تطوير اتفاقيات الموردين / العملاء
• استخدام خبرة الصناعة والمبادرة لتحديد مجالات خفض التكاليف و / أو تحسين الإيرادات.
متطلبات التعليم والخبرة:
• بكالوريوس أو بكالوريوس في الاقتصاد أو التمويل أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو أي مجال ذي صلة
• 6 سنوات كحد أدنى يقضيه كمدير مالي
• خبرة 4 سنوات في مجال الضيافة ، مع خبرة محددة في منافذ المأكولات والمشروبات والمطاعم والأكل الفاخر.
• CA أو مؤهل معادل
• تجربة الإمارات
• اتصال ممتاز
• فرد نشيط ومتحمس يطمح في الحصول على التمويل الدولي
• قادرة على إظهار بعض المبادرات الريادية
• Implementation of financial controls
• Develop operational and strategic business plans, forecasts and feasibility studies.
• Preparation of reports daily, weekly and monthly which ******* but are not limited to sales analysis, food and beverages cost reports, monthly management accounts.
• Preparation of annual budgets per business unit with quarterly updated rolling forecasts.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly Business Review Pack.
• Submission of a monthly Financial Manager’s report
• P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Ensure all businesses and assets under your control are at all times properly insured through a reputable insurance company
• Risk management of assets, currency, credit and liquidity.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Strive to build a team culture by working together with the respective business and department heads in support of their strategies to achieve the business plan.
• Oversee the payroll preparation
• Provide leadership to your finance team members
• Management of all banking related transactions within the Hospitality Division.
• Daily cash flow monitoring
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations review
• Preparation of accounts in IFRS.
• Overseeing and control of the purchasing department
• Develop supplier/customer ag****ents
• Use industry experience and initiative to identify areas for cost cutting and/or revenue improvement.
Education and Experience Requirements:
•BA or BS in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Min 6 years spent as a Finance Manager
• 4 years+ hospitality industry related experience, with specific experience in F&B outlets, restaurants, fine dining.
• CA or equivalent qualification
• UAE experience
• Excellent communicator
• An energetic, motivated individual with aspirations of obtaining international financial
• Able to show some entrepreneurial initiatives
