مدير عمليات Operations Manager للعمل في دبي
دور مدير العمليات مسؤول عن إدارة عمليات دومينوز بيتزا في سوق الإمارات العربية المتحدة ويغطي ما يلي:
تحقيق / تجاوز أهداف التميز المالي / العملياتي للسوق
ضمان خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومنتجات عالية الجودة وخدمة توصيل فعالة.
الإدارة السليمة للموارد مثل القوى العاملة ، وتخطيط مقاعد البدلاء ، والتدريب ، والمالية ، والمرافق ، وتعظيم إمكانات السوق لكل متجر.
توفير الاتصال بين الإدارات والمخازن والتأكد من اتباع سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها وتقديم التقارير في الوقت المناسب.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات:
خريج درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل أن يكون في إدارة الفنادق والمطاعم أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي دورة تدريبية متعلقة بالأعمال.
8-10 سنوات من الخبرة التشغيلية أو إدارة الأعمال ، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في QSR أو صناعة الخدمات الغذائية.
معرفة جيدة في العمليات وإدارة المبيعات والتحليل المالي مع التعرض اللائق للتسويق.
معرفة تفاصيل صناعة QSR ، والقدرة على العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات الأخرى.
مهارات الاتصال والعرض ممتازة؛ جيد في الإستراتيجية والتحليلية ولديه اهتمام جيد بالتفاصيل.
مركز منضبط وعازم على تحقيق الأهداف وتجاوزها.
استباقية وواسعة المعرفة ؛ القدرة على تعدد المهام ، والتحكم في العديد من المشاريع في وقت واحد
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager role is responsible for managing the Domino’s Pizza operations in UAE Market and covers the following:
- Meeting/exceeding the Market's financial / Operations Excellence targets
- Ensure excellent customer service, quality products, and efficient delivery service.
- Proper management of resources such as manpower, bench planning, training, finances, facilities, and maximizing market potentials of each store.
- Provide communication between the departments and stores and ensures company policies and procedures are followed and reports are rendered in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course.
- 8 -10 years of Operational or Business Management experience, preferably in the QSR or Food Service industry.
- Good Knowledge in Operations and Sales Management, Financial Analysis with decent exposure to Marketing.
- Knowledge of QSR industry specifics, ability to work closely with other departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; good in strategy and analytical and has good attention to detail.
- Disciplined focused and determined to deliver and exceed the targets.
- Pro-active and knowledgeable; ability to multi-task, controlling several projects simultaneously
