مدير تطوير الأعمال Business Development Manager للعمل في ابوظبي
نقوم حاليًا بتوظيف مدير تطوير أعمال ماهر لعملائنا - وهو معهد تعليمي مرموق مقره في أبو ظبي.
ملاحظة: يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون مركبة ورخصة قيادة إماراتية صالحة.
المرشح المثالي سيقود المبادرات لتوليد شركاء الأعمال والتفاعل معهم لبناء أعمال جديدة للشركة. سيكون هذا المرشح مركزًا ولديه مهارات اتصال قوية. يجب أن يكونوا قادرين على التفكير بشكل نقدي عند وضع الخطط ولديهم قدرة مثبتة على تنفيذ استراتيجية معينة.
المسؤوليات:
تحديد فرص الشراكة
تطوير علاقات جديدة في محاولة لتنمية الأعمال التجارية ومساعدة الشركة على التوسع
الحفاظ على الأعمال الحالية
فكر بشكل نقدي عند التخطيط لضمان نجاح المشروع
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها
3-4 سنوات خبرة سابقة في تطوير الأعمال المتعلقة بالصناعة
معرفة مثبتة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التنمية الناجحة
مركزة وموجهة نحو الهدف
مهارات التحدث والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية
رخصة قيادة إماراتية.
We are currently recruiting a proficient Business Development Manager for our client - a reputed education institute based in Abu Dhabi.
NOTE: Candidates must possess a vehicle and valid UAE driving license.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Native English speaking and communication skills
- UAE Driving license.
