ضمان إعداد التقارير الصحيحة وفي الوقت المناسب من قبل البلدان على أساس شهري ؛
تحليل النتائج ومتابعة الانحرافات مقارنة بالأرقام الشهرية والميزانية والاتجاهات.
توحيد البيانات الشهرية حول نتائج البلدان ؛
توحيد ومشاركة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للبلدان على أساس شهري ؛
ضمان استكمال تقارير الميزانية والاتجاه ونهاية العام بالكامل من قبل البلدان ؛
دعم البلدان خلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير (الإقفال الشهري والميزانية والاتجاه) ؛
دفع وتعزيز عملية تطوير التقارير بما يتماشى مع أفضل الممارسات ؛
التطوير المستمر والاستفادة من خبرته / خبرتها في أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات المالية.

المعرفة والخبرة:
بكالوريوس في المالية
3-5 سنوات خبرة في التمويل أو منصب مشابه
المهارات والقدرات:
معرفة جيدة بـ Microsoft Office (بشكل أساسي Excel و Power Point) و Power BI
مهارات تنظيمية قوية
مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة
شغف للتعلم وتحسين العملية
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة)
Reporting
- Ensure correct and on time reporting is done by the countries on a monthly basis;
- Analyze results & follow up on deviations in com*****on to monthly, budget & trend figures;
- Consolidate of the monthly communication on countries results ;
- Consolidate & share KPIs to the countries on a monthly basis;
- Ensure budget, trend & year end reporting is fully completed by countries;
- Support of countries during the reporting period (monthly closing, budget and Trend);
- Drive and strengthen the process to develop the reporting in line with the best practices;
- Continuously develop and leverage his/her expertise in Finance IT systems.

Analysis
- Analyze the performance for his/her scope
- Use effectively the standard reports and consolidated data
- Continuously develop and leverage his/her expertise in Finance IT systems
- Develop his/her knowledge / data to better identify and analyze the points of attention
Knowledge And Experience
BA in Finance
3-5 years’ experience in finance or similar position
Skills And Abilities
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Power Point) and Power BI
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
- Passion for learning and process improvement
- Attention to details
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
