مساعد تجاري Commercial Assistant وذلك للعمل في دبي
مساعدة مدير المبيعات في أنشطة المبيعات والتسويق / تطوير الأعمال.
إدارة وتطوير محفظة العملاء وتكون مسؤولاً عن تحقيق الأهداف التجارية المتفق عليها.
المساهمة في كفاءة العمل العام من خلال ضمان تنفيذ جميع الواجبات الموكلة للشركة في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة.
الحفاظ على مكانة مهنية وأخلاقية عالية وفقًا لمعايير الصناعة والشركات.
التأكد من تنفيذ السياسات الائتمانية للشركة ومراقبة الحسابات المعلقة للعملاء عن كثب.
التنسيق مع خدمات الشركة المختلفة لضمان رضا العملاء.
الخبرة والمهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة:
3 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات الداخلية أو دور نوع خدمة العملاء.
معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية ، وإتقان عالي للفرنسية والعربية.
القدرة على إدارة الأولويات المتعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى ؛ القدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية المحددة
- Assisting the sale manager in his sales and marketing/business developments activities.
- Managing and developing a portfolio of customers and be responsible for reaching the commercial targets agreed.
- Contributing to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties towards the company are carried on timely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Ensuring that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor the customers’ outstanding accounts.
- Coordinating with the different services of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required experience, skills, and knowledge:
- 3 plus years of experience in inside sales or customer service type role.
- Good knowledge of English, and highly proficient in French, and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; ability to meet assigned deadlines
