التعليم / الخبرة المطلوبة:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو أي مجال ذي صلة

سنتين على الأقل من الخبرة المثبتة في مجال الشحن

خبير في استخدام الكمبيوتر مع معرفة عملية ببرامج الخدمات اللوجستية (ERP)

قدرات تنظيمية وتنسيقية متميزة

اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين


المسمى الوظيفي:

استلام وفحص عمليات التسليم للتأكد من تسليم الكمية الصحيحة ونوع المخزون

مراقبة نقل المواد وتسليمها للتأكد من الالتزام بالمواعيد والقانونية

التحقق من المستندات والتقارير المتعلقة بالمخزون ومراجعتها وتسويتها

أكمل وتحقق من الأوراق والوثائق

مساعدة الأقران حسب الحاجة (تنسيق الاجتماعات ، التدريب ، إلخ)

استلام ومعالجة منتجات مخزون المستودعات (انتقاء ، تفريغ ، ملصق ، تخزين)

أدخل البيانات اليومية من الجداول الزمنية للحفارين في نظام الكمبيوتر

التواصل والتعاون مع المشرفين وزملاء العمل

إدارة الأنشطة خلال دورة تنفيذ الطلبات والنقل للتأكد من الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية المحددة

تبسيط عمليات الشحن والنقل



Open to any Chinese speaker candidate
Male/Female, 35 years old and below


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
At least 2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receive and check deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
Monitor material transport and delivery for timeliness and legality
Verify, review, and reconcile documents and reports about inventory
Complete and verify paperwork and documentation
Assist peers as required (coordinate meetings, training, etc.)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Enter the daily data from drillers timesheets into computer system
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co*******
Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Streamline shipping and transportation processes
