تعلن شركة ACWA Power عن توفر وظيفة اختصاصي محتوى Content Specialist للعمل في دبي


يُطلب من صاحب الوظيفة تخطيط وتطوير وتحرير محتوى مقنع وعالي الجودة لـ ACWA Power بما يتماشى مع الرسائل الرئيسية للعلامة التجارية واستراتيجية الاتصالات الداخلية.

من خلال العمل مع الشركاء في جميع أنحاء المنظمة ، سيدعم هذا الدور استراتيجية محتوى فعالة للشركة عبر جميع المنصات الداخلية ، بما في ذلك الإنترانت ، والنشرات الإخبارية ، والحملات (القيم ، وبناء الثقافة ، والوظيفة التي يتم قيادتها عبر الطباعة والفيديو والصوت).

يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة في التفكير الإبداعي وكتابة النصوص ورواية القصص البارعة وتكوين شراكات تدعم التخطيط والبحث والتطوير والكتابة والتحرير والتنفيذ لمحتوى اتصالات عالي الجودة ودقيق وفي الوقت المناسب يتوافق مع أهداف أعمال أكوا باور. يقدم هذا الدور تقاريره إلى مدير الاتصالات الداخلية.


المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصال / الإعلان من جامعة مرموقة ومعتمدة
درجة الماجستير ميزة


المؤهلات والمهارات:

ما لا يقل عن 7 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل في مجال تطوير المحتوى / كتابة الإعلانات داخل مؤسسة كبيرة أو وكالة إعلانية
مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثا استثنائية ، اللغة العربية ميزة
مهارات استثنائية في وضع المفاهيم والكتابة والتحرير مع الاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل
خبرة العمل في صناعة الطاقة والمياه ميزة
من ذوي الخبرة عبر وسائل الإعلام واستراتيجية المحتوى



The job holder is required to plan, develop and edit compelling, high-quality content for ACWA Power in line with the brand’s key messaging and internal communications strategy.
Working with partners throughout the organization, this role will support an effective content strategy for the company across all internal platforms, including intranet, newsletters, campaigns (values, culture building, function led via print, video and audio).
This role requires experience in creative thinking, copywriting, adept storytelling and cultivating partnerships that support planning, researching, developing, writing, editing and executing of high quality, accurate and timely communications content that aligns with ACWA Power’s business objectives. This role reports to the Internal Communications Manager.


Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication/ Advertising from a reputable and accredited university
• Master's degree is an advantage

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• At least 7 years of experience working in a content development/copywriting role within a large organization or advertising agency
• Exceptional written and spoken English ******** skills, Arabic an advantage
• Exceptional conceptualising, writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Working experience in the power and water industry is an advantage
• Experienced across media and content strategy
