المهام الوظيفية:

إدارة جميع أنشطة وظيفة خدمات مركز الاتصال المعينة لضمان الاستجابة السريعة والفعالة لشكاوى / استفسارات العملاء من خلال جميع قنوات الاتصال المتاحة. تطوير وتنفيذ مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لجميع موظفي مركز الاتصال ووضع استراتيجيات لزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية. تقديم التوجيه والدعم المهني للفريق للقيام بالمهام الموكلة إليه


Manage all activities of the assigned Contact Centre Services function to ensure prompt and efficient response to customer complaints/ inquiries through all available communication channels. Develop and implement key performance indicators for all Contact Centre staff and develop strategies to increase operational efficiency. Pr***de professional guidance and support to the team to carry out the assigned tasks
