· تطوير الأعمال من أجل تحديد قوائم العقارات الجديدة

إدارة محفظة القوائم التي تأكدت منها

· تسجيل مصلحة المستأجر

· إدارة محفظة المستأجرين بمعلومات مفصلة عن متطلباتهم

· تحديد وإدارة قائمة مختصرة من العقارات التي تناسب احتياجات المستأجرين

· إعداد العروض وإدارة مرحلة التفاوض للحصول على عرض

· كن متخصصًا في السوق حتى تتمكن من تقديم المشورة لعملائك وإرشادهم

المتطلبات:

· يفضل خبرة مبيعات مثبتة

Previous sales experience would be advantageous but not essential. The role of a Leasing Consultant has a variety of responsibilities:




· Business Development in order to identify new property listings
· Manage portfolio of listings that you have ascertained
· Register tenant interest
· Manage portfolio of tenants, with detailed information on their requirements
· Identify and manage a shortlist of properties to suit tenants needs
· Set up viewings and manage the negotiation stage in order to receive an offer
· Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients

Requirements


· Proven sales experience is preferred
· Valid UAE Driving license
· Well presented
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Fluent in English is essential
